Palisade River Ranch is a unique and tranquil property located adjacent to the Town of Palisade's Riverbend Park. It is only a 10 min cruise by bicycle along the picturesque Riverfront Trail to visit the Downtown area of Palisade and a 5 min walk to the event location for local events such a Winefest, Bluegrass and Roots Festival, and the Peach Festival. Our property sits amongst a variety of vineyards, wineries, orchards and other agricultural attractions, with easy access to the Fruit and Wine Byway, and direct access to the Riverfront Trail and the Colorado River. The adjacent Riverbend Park is off-leash dog-friendly, has an excellent frisbee golf course and is another great place to exercise or picnic. The area is full of outdoor activity and adventure opportunities, across alpine and desert environments, including some fantastic local hiking and biking trails. Guests can reach Powderhorn Ski Resort and the Grand Mesa in just over half an hour. Both locations provide countless opportunities to explore and to get involved with sports and activities across all seasons, including skiing and downhill mountain biking at Powderhorn with its new high-speed quad lift. The up-and-coming Town of Grand Junction is a stone's throw away, with its historic Downtown and Main Street and attractions for all ages and interests. Within half an hour to the east, guests can explore the spectacular National Monument and some more World-Class road and mountain biking routes and trails. Further afield, guests can reach places like Aspen, Glenwood Springs and Moab within 1 to 2 hours. Palisade and the Grand Valley is a welcoming "neighborhood", with a friendly and healthy vibe which draws people from all over the world - including us!
