The fully air-conditioned villa between sea and mountain, for 6 people, with private infinity pool, will offer the comfort and calm necessary to make the most of your holidays in Corsica, between Sotta and Porto-Vecchio, 2 minutes from all the shops and 10 minutes from Vecchio and 10 minutes from Figari airport.

You will be close to the most beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, hiking trails .

The house has 3 bedrooms, one with private bathroom, kitchen, large living room, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, 2 italian showers, internet ,large outdoor terrace overlooking the pool.

Property fully fenced, electric gate with remote control.

The deposit is 1.000 euros non cashable.

Sehr schöne Villa mit Garten und Pool

Die Ferienvilla ist geräumig, schön gestaltet (siehe Fotos) und liegt sehr ruhig mit Blick auf die Landschaft und Berge. Der Pool ist wirklich super und immer sehr sauber. Zum Meer und den Stränden sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Die Lage ist geeignet für Ausflüge in die Umgebung z.B. nach Bonifacio. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und standen bei Bedarf zu Unterstützung bereit, waren aber ansonsten sehr zurückhaltend. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Villa empfehlen.

Toller Garten/ Super Aussicht/Sehr Ruhig

Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet. Die Bäder modern und sauber Die Lage top...sehr ruhig,geniale Sicht,mega Garten und trotzdem sind Strände und Supermarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Küche war für meinen Geschmack nicht optimal: Mülleimer in der Arbeitsplatte integriert, Spülbecken schon etwas "siffig", Kühlschrank auch nicht ideal sauber,Dunstabzug und Backofen nicht sauber.Das Besteck ging gar nicht und überall in den Schubladen waren Essenssachen,Krimskram,Tierarznei und überfüllt. Das fand ich persönlich unangenehm und für so ein Haus nicht passend. Das Haus ist extrem hellhörig...man bekommt alles mit.Selbst der Toilettengang ist nicht privat.Das einzelne WC konnte man nicht abschließen.Die Türen quietschen. Die Außendusche hat nicht wirklich funktioniert All das macht dem eigentlich schönem Haus ein Abbruch. Was man auch wissen sollte:Die Vermieter wohnen am Haus dran.Man merkt fast nichts von Ihnen aber es war bei der Buchung nicht vermerkt.

Fabuleux séjour !!

Un séjour parfait!! Une maison très bien placée ( au calme avec une vue magnifique et proche des plages ) dans un très bel environnement. Une maison encore plus belle que sur les photos et très bien équipée avec des propriétaires adorables. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!
