Enjoy a great lagoon view from this two-story townhome! 4371 Windswept Lakeside Villa has three bedrooms and three baths, with one queen bedroom on the first floor and a king bedroom and another room with two twins upstairs. There are three TVs, a deck with a peaceful lagoon view, and accommodations for up to seven guests. Hardwood flooring on the main floor has recently been installed to make this villa even more open and inviting. Easy access to the beach (about 250 yards) and Night Heron Park make this a great choice for your vacation. This East Beach townhome has parking for up to two cars as well.

This non-smoking vacation rental property includes parking, 24-hour security in a gated community, central air conditioning, cable TV, internet, a DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, linens and bath towels, a departure housekeeping service, and a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Kiawah Island Windswept Villa

We stayed for a week with our 2 children and their spouses and our 11 month old granddaughter. This villa was perfect, we loved the views of the lagoon, with wildlife and Palm trees. Very short walk to the beach. The second floor master suite had a separate space for the crib. The living area was bigger than what I thought from the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked. There were even some beach chairs, toys and a cart in the parking area underneath. We hope to come back next year.

Love it!

Loved everything about this property! We saw so many awesome wildlife including alligators right in our back yard ❤️ My kids loved that! As a nurse, & mother of a child with severe food allergies, I really liked that there was a full bottle of antibacterial hand soap in every single bathroom and kitchen. The condo was just as described in the listing. Very spacious! Only downfall is we drove all the way from Michigan and brought our motorcycle & once we arrived, we were notified that no motorcycles are allowed on the island. No where on the listing did it state that and would have been nice to know as it caused a bit of an issue. Overall it was a great stay though! Would definitely recommend!
