54 SQM = 1 Master BR, 1 Regular BR, 1 Bath, Living room, Kitchen and Balcony. The condo can accommodates up to 5 people free of charge, check in/out is flexible. (UTILITIES, CABLE TV, and BROADBAND INTERNET are INCLUDED)

8 to 10 minutes drive from Greenhills and 4 minutes drive from Robinson Magnolia

NOTE1: (GOOD TO KNOW) Deposit is not added from guest total amount of booking. Deposit is only taken out from guest credit/debit card, if the host file a complain to Airbnb for lost or damage furniture after checking out.

NOTE2: Please do not send me your email or phone number when you are just inquiring because Airbnb is blocking it due to side transaction. The only way I will see your email or phone number is after you booked the condo.

NOTE3: Since booking is flexible, please send me an email of your arrival time after booking so my cousin is informed of what time she will be at the condo to hand you the keys.

NOTE4: Swimming pool is not FREE, guest must pay 224 per person per use. It is closed every Monday for cleaning and only OWNERS are allowed to use it every Saturday and Sunday.

A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE TO STAY
Owner and representatives are quick in responses and very accommodating. The place/unit is very neat and clean. Good access for both private and public vehicle and shopping places are nearby.

The best place to stay
Spending an entire month at this unit is extra ordinary. Everything is perfect from cleanliness to location to affordability and to hosts. The unit is spotless and very close to restaurants and malls. Aside from the security personnel being so polite the host, Madj is extra special as well. She is very accommodating and always available If you need anything. This is the best place to stay and will recommend to everyone.

Property was very clean. Easy access to all location within the area. Madj and her brother was so easy to talk to if you need something , they act and respond fast.
