La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée. A seulement 10 min des plages en voiture et à proximité immédiate des pistes cyclables, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Grosse déconvenue au niveau de la piscine

Jolie maison ou nous avons passé une semaine avec une grosse déconvenue concernant la piscine qui devait être chauffée, celle-ci a était à 20°jusque mercredi matin, nous avions fait appel au propriétaire qui a été très réactif, en nous envoyant le pisciniste qui est venu une première fois lundi soir, en nous disant que le problème venait d'un manque d'eau, nous l'avons donc mise à niveau (10 cm), malgré cela, le lendemain elle était toujours à 20°. Nouvel appel au propriétaire, nouvelle intervention du piscine mardi soir qui s'est montré hyper désagréable, en nous disant qu'il n'allait pas revenir tous les jours, qui le problème ne le concernait pas, il s'est quand même aperçu d'un manque de sel et d'un réglage, et nous avons enfin eu une piscine chauffée à partir de mercredi matin, soit après être arrivé depuis 4 jours (sur 1 semaine de location). Le choix de la maison s'était surtout orienté sur cette piscine chauffée, car nous avions notre petite fille de 2 ans et demi, nous avons du acheter une petite piscine gonfable pour qu'elle puisse en profiter. A ce titre, nous estimons et demandons un dédommagement à la hauteur des déconvenues rencontrées.

Superbe semaine passée à Soustons

Magnifique maison moderne et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (et même plus !) pour passer d'excellentes vacances ! Très belle semaine passée en famille avec deux enfants de 10 et 7 ans. La piscine est superbe ! Pour donner un seul élément négatif, la route assez passante qui passe juste devant mais on l'oublie assez vite et c'est le prix à payer pour être à 50m d'un petit supermarché et du bord du lac de Souston et à 10mn en voiture de Vieux Boucau.
