Localisation idéale pour découvrir cette belle région, même en hiver. Site superbe, environnement sécurisé, maison agréable , relation fluide avec le propriétaire et grand jardin.

tres bel emplacement

tres bel emplacement face au port de sciez. environnement calme dans une proprieté securisée. maison agreable. Seul petit bémol, une autorisation de passage dans le jardin en bord du lac pour des raisons de securité; que fort heureusement , peu de personnes utilise.

Vacances de rêves !

Nous avions l'impression d'arriver dans notre maison. Venant régulièrement dans la région depuis...75 ans mon rêve d'enfant s'est réalisé. Une maison au bord du lac avec accès direct. (pas facile à trouver pour un prix raisonnable !). Paysage magnifique sur la montagne et la lac à 180 degrés. Terrain-parc de 2600 mètres. Le matin lever de soleil sur Thonon, le soir un festival de couchers de soleil sur le Jura. Jacques, le propriétaire : "Faites comme chez vous" ! Sympa ! Nous avons apprécié en plus la bouteille de Crépy (vin du pays) dans le frigo pour notre arrivée. Nous étions chez un "ami". Paddle, vélos, hamac, mobilier de jardin etc... Tout pour être heureux ! Les enfants et petits enfants ont profité au maximum et dans l'eau à des heures impossibles. Jacques s'était arrangé avec la météo. Beau temps pendant tout le séjour pour tous les repas sous un grand arbre. Super ce Jacques ! Nous avons arrosé les plantes, mis une vis qui était partie à une poignée etc...De plus la boite à outils était malicieusement ouverte dans le garage "comme chez nous ! ". Maison confortable pour de bonnes vacances. La Normandie nous attendait, sans Crépy et ...avec la pluie. Merci Jacques. Alain et sa famille
