On the first level, beautiful wood floors run throughout the kitchen, dining, and living area. Leather bar level chairs seat six for a great dining experience or game night! Just off the dining area is a porch with a hot tub, a table with chairs, and a grill for those summer barbeques. The kitchen features retro-modern green counters and includes a gas range, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. A stacked washer/dryer is located near the entrance for your convenience. Enjoy relaxing near the wood-burning fireplace on the comfy leather couches in the living room. Have movie night on the large flat screen TV, with cable and DVD player! There is also a stereo when you feel like putting on some tunes.

On the second level are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A perfect set-up for a family with little ones! The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bath with a shower and tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a twin and full bed each, as well as an additional twin bed. Located just across the hall is a full bath with a tub and shower. This is such a great Big Bear Cabin for a family Big Bear trip!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
