FROM THE DOOR TO THE SEA IN JUST 20 METERS
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa with direct access to the beach which is only 20 meters from the front door.

THE PINETA, THE GARDEN AND THE NOISE OF THE SEA
Overall, the area where the villa stands is very peaceful and quiet. In the garden surrounding the house, pine, juniper, myrtle and other Mediterranean plants grow. An alley of oleanders leads to the wooden gate which opens directly onto the beach. In front of your apartment you have a large space always in the shade, convenient if your children want to play in front of the veranda. The breeze, the sound of the sea, the scent of pine trees will accompany your days, and in the evening the sound of the waves and the moonlight make the veranda a romantic place, ideal for dinner, reading, relaxing. In the garden you have an outdoor shower always at your disposal.

Parking is easily found in the free stalls adjacent to the house.

THE VILLA AND THE INTERIOR ENVIRONMENTS
Built in the 60s in stone and lime masonry, the house has an excellent thermal balance that allows you to keep cool even in the hottest period. Your apartment, which occupies 115 m² of the entire ground floor facing the sea and with a separate access door, is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace which gives it a romantic atmosphere. The interiors consist of: large windowed living room overlooking the garden, kitchen, bedroom with three single beds, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.

CALA LIBEROTTO, SERVICES, BEACHES
The whole area is full of additional beaches and beaches, easily reachable on foot. By car you can also reach the beaches of Cala Ginepro, Bidderosa, Berchida in a few minutes.
The inhabited center of Sos Alinos, 3 minutes by car, offers numerous services: supermarkets, pharmacy, medical guard, Carabinieri station, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizzerias. In the nearby hamlet of Sos Alinos, during the summer it is also possible to book boat trips to the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei: Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé. Olbia and the Costa Smeralda can be reached in about 90 minutes along the coast road 125. From Orosei there are also several excursions to Tiscali, Gorropu, Orgosolo and other trekking destinations. The town of Orosei is about 10 kilometers away, it is a village rich in history and charm, with many summer events of music, folklore and culture.
