- Nous souhaitons tout d´abord que nos locataires soient satisfaits; ils ne doivent pas hésiter à nous poser des questions en cas de problème. Nous habitons à moins de 10mt du studio et nous sommes à leur disposition. Nous voudrions qu´il prenne soin des lieux , c´est-à- dire qu´ils fassent "comme s´ils étaient chez eux". Au cas où il y ait des cassures, des dégats, qu´ils nous en parlent.
