En Ville Apartments is a family run business with several apartments located in the old town only few minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas and the contemporary art museum. It’s the perfect location if you want to discover the city by feet!

The profile of our guests is adults (30+), families and business travelers. We do not accept bachelor parties or other groups that might not respect the peace and privacy of other neighbors.

In this advert you can see pictures of 6 apartments in the same building each with private terrace. In the picture gallery you will find the layout of each apartment.

The apartments have been carefully renovated, equipped and decorated. Reversible air-conditioning, satellite tv, free wifi and new household appliances.

In each space you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open space living room and kitchen has direct access to a private terrace with dinning table and garden furniture.

There is a bus stop in front of the building with direct line to the beach. The metro is only two minutes away and there is parking in front of the building with special deals for En Ville clients.

Newly renovated apartment with private terrace, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). The apartment sleeps 7 with sofa bed in the living room.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a private terrace with dining table and outdoor furniture.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped as well as the 3 bathrooms.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and satellite tv.

Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contempory art museum.

Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away.

The three double bedrooms make this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also more apartments available in the same building.

A Wonderful and Bright Apartment!

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights as 2 couples and 2 children and it served our needs perfectly. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed all of us to have our private space, but what we most enjoyed was the main living area and balcony. There was more than enough seating and spacious gathering areas for us to enjoy our time together.

Being December, we were delighted by the warm morning sunshine as it rose over the quiet courtyard and filled the apartment with light. The large sliding glass doors open to create a fantastic indoor-outdoor living space. My compliments to the designers who installed this – it is a great feature.

The large grocery store around the corner was great to stock up on essentials and we very much enjoyed our dinner at Moritz - a suggested restaurant also just a few minute walk away.

The central location was great and the building was very clean, secure and safe.

Overall, it was a fantastic apartment to enjoy our family vacation in Barcelona.

Barcelona Jewel

After a long flight from Canada, it was so wonderful to be welcomed at the apartment by Andreas and his tour showed that everything was as expected, and even better!

We travelled with another couple so it was great to have the space that the 3 bedrooms afforded and the livingroom/kitchen combo along with the balcony gave us lots of room for sitting around enjoying a glass of delicious and inexpensive local wine.

The kitchen was small but held everything that we needed and a grocery store just around the corner was wonderful for picking up odds and ends. It only took about a 15 minute walk to reach La Ramblas with many shops, bars and restaurants along the way.

Andreas was wonderful to deal with and if we ever are lucky enough to return to Barcelona, we will definitely stay in this apartment.

Excellent Apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is in an absolute perfect location. Tons of bars, restaurants, stores and lots of places to buy groceries. It's only a 10 minute walk to the center of town. The apartment itself is clean, a bit tight on room sizes but well maintained. The only negative is the internet. We often lost the signal.

I would highly recommend this apartment and the management.

Stunning Apartment

Smooth from the start. Meet by the gentleman Edward who made sure all our needs were met. Had a beautiful time in a stunning apartment. I have slept in a more cozy bed. Only negative is that the beds are so cozy you would rather stay there than see Barcelona. Thank you so much for a luxurious stay. We will be back.

An outstanding top class apartment with excellent location just next to the old town. Newly renovated and redocorated, everything in perfekt shape. Quist surroundings. Excellent service provided by the manager before, under and after our stay; we will come back !! - and will of course highly recommend this outstanding apartment: 5 big stars - and a big smile :-)

Great stay at En Ville apartments!

We were an extended family staying at En Ville and had a wonderful time. It is in a fantastic location - very close to the Sant Antoni market area. The bus stop outside of the apartment seemed to have buses to take us everywhere in Barcelona we wanted to go, and the buses were very efficient, so this made things very easy. Only one child was in the group (3 years) and it was reasonably child-friendly (although it did look as though there were many things that she could easily break so might not be great for younder children). One of the bedrooms is in the middle of the apartment and had a very small window so wasn't ideal, but otherwise it was a great size.

The apartment is located in the safe neighbourhood of Eixample only a few minutes walking to the old town, Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Its the perfect location for families as there is no need for a car or public transportation to visit the city.

In any case there is also a bus stop just outside the building as well as a metro stop only one block away. Just around the corner is also the market of Sant Antoni as well as several supermarkets and bakeries. Two minutes away you can also find the Moritz restaurant - one of the more fashionable restaurants in Barcelona at the moment.
