En Ville Apartments is a family run business with several apartments located in the old town only few minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas and the contemporary art museum. It’s the perfect location if you want to discover the city by feet!

The profile of our guests is adults (30+), families and business travelers. We do not accept bachelor parties or other groups that might not respect the peace and privacy of other neighbors.

In this advert you can see pictures of 6 apartments in the same building each with private terrace. In the picture gallery you will find the layout of each apartment.

The apartments have been carefully renovated, equipped and decorated. Reversible air-conditioning, satellite tv, free wifi and new household appliances.

In each space you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open space living room and kitchen has direct access to a private terrace with dinning table and garden furniture.

There is a bus stop in front of the building with direct line to the beach. The metro is only two minutes away and there is parking in front of the building with special deals for En Ville clients.

Newly renovated apartment with private terrace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and spacious living room. The apartment sleeps 4 with sofa bed in the living room.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a private terrace with dining table and outdoor furniture.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped as well as the bathroom.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and satellite tv.

Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contempory art museum.

Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away.

The three double bedrooms make this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also more apartments available in the same building.

sightseeing gem location

The Terrace apt was ideal for our sightseeing needs. It was clean, neat, functional, and had a lovely view of community life from the outdoor patio balcony. We are especially grateful for the assistance provided by your staff member, Edward, who having spent a late night working extended his stay even longer to assist us in getting home. Due to hurricane Matthew our flight to Miami was canceled at the last minute. Without Edward's knowledgeable assistance, we would have been hard pressed to make the necessary arrangements. We are sincerely grateful.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir verbrachten mit 3 Erwachsenen eine herrliche Woche in der Terrace Suite - Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit allem drum herum, was man braucht: Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Metro, Bus,...ect. Auch sind wir meistens wenigstens eine Strecke Richtung Ramblas zu Fuß durch das alte El Raval - Viertel gelaufen (auch für meine Mutter mit 81 Jahren machbar). Da es schon mein 4. Besuch in Barcelona war, war der Standort bewußt gewählt und absolut perfekt, wie sich zeigte. Die Wohnung ist modern und schick, optimal den Raum nutzend, durch die große Glasfront sehr hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (einzig ein Toaster könnte noch ergänzt werden). Aber das Beste ist der riesige Balkon mit Eßtisch und Sofa, der wie ein zweiter Raum wirkt und den wir bei schönstem Sonnenschein jeden Morgen zum Frühstücken nutzten. Für mich war es der erste Aufenthalt in einer Stadtwohnung in Barcelona und ich kann sagen, daß ich nie mehr ein Hotel buchen werde - wir kommen bestimmt wieder in dieses schöne Apartment! Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt, nicht zuletzt durch die nette Betreuung vor Ort!

luxurious apartment

It's well connected by bus and metro and if you wish also walking distance (20 min) to the rambla.

Nice stay

Very nice stay in the apartment. Nice decoration, no noice of cars, great balcony to take advantage of the sun. Very comfortable. Well situated, parking just on the other side of the street (10€/day), bus stop in front of the door and 2 underground stations near the apartment.

Nice, clean, modern apartment

A very nice modern and new apartment close to an interesting area in Barcelona. It is just outside the turist stream with nice restaurants and "real-life" barcelonians but only 3-4 minutes on foot from the walking streets. Andreas is very serviceminded as a host and took good care of us at arrival. The terrasse is facing the backyard of the block, is very sunny. Off course it would have been better if it was a seaview but funny enough we found it very interesting to watch the daily/evening lift of the inhabitants. It is a very quiet apartment although the bedroom is adjoining the escalator. It didn't bother us because so few (nobody) used it in the night. We will recommend it mainly because of the location, the quality of the apartment and the service Andreas provides.

Fresh, modern comfort with access to everything!

We were so thrilled with our stay at Andreas' beautiful apartment. We stayed on the second floor (with an elevator!) and after coming from a less than stellar apartment stay in Paris we really appreciated this apartment's clean comfortable bedrooms, cool modern/rustic aesthetic and even a balcony to enjoy the breeze and watch the sunset. The bathroom was great with a roomy shower and they even provided shower toiletries, which was a very nice touch.

Andreas is a great host as he sat down and provided us with a map to the city pointing out how to get to the beach, tourist sites and restaurants (make sure to stop by his restaurant El Jardin for great tapas in a stunning outdoor garden setting). The apartment is just a block or so from the nearest metro station, which got us all over the city and there is a bus stop practically by the front door (but there was zero noise!) There's also a handy little mini market two doors down to pick up whatever you might have forgotten/need.

I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again next time we come to Barcelona. Thank you Andreas!

The apartment is located in the safe neighbourhood of Eixample only a few minutes walking to the old town, Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Its the perfect location for families as there is no need for a car or public transportation to visit the city.

In any case there is also a bus stop just outside the building as well as a metro stop only one block away. Just around the corner is also the market of Sant Antoni as well as several supermarkets and bakeries. Two minutes away you can also find the Moritz restaurant - one of the more fashionable restaurants in Barcelona at the moment.
