Completely renovated in the last few years Park Bay House will delight you with stunning views and the soothing chorus of waves breaking over the offshore reef. The spacious oceanfront villa sleeps up to nine people comfortably in four bedrooms. Unique among Bequia villa rentals, Park Bay House affords complete privacy, surrounded by splendid beaches and pristine woodlands, all just ten minutes from town.

The villa offers some of the most breathtaking views on Bequia, punctuated by dramatic waves in the foreground and the neighboring Grenadine islands in the distance.

The house is built in traditional West Indian style from tropical hardwood and native stone. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two-story villa is perfect for both large and small groups. The villa can accommodate up to nine guests. Upstairs is a master bedroom with an antique four-poster king bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a day bed, and one with a queen bed. The downstairs sitting leads out to an outside patio with a barbecue area, gazebo and swimming pool,

Completely Different

Delightfully different. Very close to the ocean. Easy to get to town/ restaurants etc (10 mins by car) Lots of Old World charm. Breathtaking views from the veranda. Starlit skies.

We left three days early we could not stand another day

The upkeep of the property was appalling…two toilets broken..old old cooker so difficult to light.. Mould in many places..corrosion everywhere …useless bedroom lighting…. We sent a whole document and photos to owner who was very attentive but unable to give any comfort…the price was so over the top…

PERFECT STAY AT PARK BAY

We've stayed at this property numerous times and it is always perfect. The house is always immaculate. If you want quiet and seclusion with only sounds of wind and waves this place is for you!
