- it's near the ground floor or has an elevator
- has a decent kitchen
- is well located / convenient for public transport
- would meet the approval of the majority of our guests
And once we take a property on we:
- paint it up
- furnish it tastefully with furniture suitable to sleep as many guests as possible in comfort
- provide extra amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay like hair driers and internet
- supply a handbook for you so you can work the equipment in the apartment
- leave you some tips on the area and restaurants

Me gusto mucho la ubicacion del apartamento,es muy centrico. Tambien la amplitud y comodidad del mismo.Muy bien la TV satelite para poder tener noticias de nuestro pais.En general nos ha gustado mucho.
My son arrived earlier and was not given good directions to the apartment and the office is difficult to find because you have to walk to it and cannot be dropped off. Other than that the apartment was nice. It was a little out of the city center so it was quiet and off the beaten path while still being quite close. You could easily walk to the city center and it seemed very safe. There was a nice view from the balcony and the great room was a nice gathering place. It had a nice rustic look to it and was in pretty good working condition. We enjoyed our stay there.
The apartment was so perfect! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the comfort of the apartment. The neighborhood is charming and quiet and the apartment is too! We were a group of 3 friends celebrating a landmark birthday and this was an ideal location for getting everywhere in Brussels but also a great gathering place for laughter and macrons at the end of the day! Dining at Alexander restaurant was an extraordinary experience. Most creative food combinations-excellent service, nice atmosphere…one surprise came after another each five minutes!
Loft 9 apartment suited us very well. The staff were very welcoming and helpful on our arrival and the flat provided all we needed for a comfortable stay in Brussels. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen. The location was superb for Silas sc supermarket, shops, pubs and restaurants, museums and transport. We loved the area which was interesting without being too touristy! Loft 9 apartment was quirky and homely. All in all we would recommend this apartment for a genuine Brussels experience.
This apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Brussels. Comfortable, clean and stocked with, ‘the basics’ as well enough food to make a very pleasant breakfast. Before arriving I had been corresponding with one of the staff via email, who advised us on the best way to get to the apartment and three different routes we could have taken by public transport. They also sent us information on what was going on in the city and things that we might like to do. This meant that when we got to Brussels we were well prepared for our time there. I traveled with my parents who occupied the main part of the apartment, but I had my own separate area. This gave me my own space if I needed it and my own bathroom which was great.
We rented the apartment for 3 nights to do a little Brussels sightseeing before moving on to business elsewhere in Europe. The apartment was large and nicely arranged. Ventilation was superb, the neighborhood very quiet, and the bed was enormous and comfortable, making for comfortable sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary tools to prepare full meals. Public transport was also very easy to access from the apartment.
The apartment is situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood, but very conveniently located to public transportation. The apartment was comfy and the staff made us feel extremely welcome. The kitchen had all sorts of cooking utensils, glassware and dishes. We actually cooked breakfast a few times. On the second day of our visit, after having lunch we went to see the Kennan Pis, did not realize that it was such a tourist attraction. You had to fight your way to the front to get a photo, did manage a few good shots.
