For those who want to live to the rhythm of Mauritian life and meet the locals, we welcome you to the "Villa Lemon Tree" This comfortable villa can accommodate 5 (6 with children) people in ideal conditions, for a stay local color .. New house, on one level, it is bright and spacious, at the edge of the river:
180 m2 on 1000 m2 of fenced and wooded land 300 meters from the sea.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans. The living room is open on a large covered veranda.

the neighborhood

Gold powder is located in the northeast of the island, about 30 minutes from Port Louis and 15 minutes from Grand Bay. This small fishing village is not a tourist place, but it has retained the charm of its past.
Poudre d'Or is also known for its famous monument "Paul and Virginia," but also for its proximity to two small islands: Ile d'Ambre and Ilot Goose discover with Big Blue Tour on site.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem gut ausgestatteten, luftigen und großzügigen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der wunderschöne Garten und die Lage am Fluß tragen viel zur Aufenthaltsqualität bei. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und vor allem erreichbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'AUTHENTICITÉ AU RENDEZ-VOUS

Cette maison est un havre de paix. L'accueil de la famille de Magna est exceptionnel et permet de côtoyer des personnes très agréables et attentionnées. Les plats préparés par Marlène sont un vrai régal. La maison de Magna est très bien équipée et on se sent rapidement comme chez soit. Les équipements extérieurs permettent de profiter pleinement des lieux. Il faut absolument faire une sortie en mer avec Le Grand Bleu Tour dirigé par Patrick, le frère de Magna, qui connait le lagon comme personne et qui saura avec son équipe vous faire vivre une journée simple et inoubliable. La ville de Goodland, toute proche est un peu surprenante la première fois, mais on est dans la vraie ambiance Maurucienne et on y trouve tout ce que l'on veut. C'est encore un coin qui reste longtemps dans les mémoires. Pour notre part, la seule question que nous nous posons, c'est quand pourrons nous retourner séjourner dans la villa Citronniers ? Le plus vite possible...

Beautiful house!

Very nicely decorated villa and very clean! The communication with Magna was easy, any problem quickly solved. She is very helpful. Her mother Marlene prepared a delicious dinner for us. We had a great time doing the boat trip with Magna's brother Patrick. It gets really hot in the house in summer but the sleeping rooms are air-conditioned. You definitely need a car ! There are many things to do and see nearby.

Villa charmante, au calme et spacieuse

Une villa adorable avec tous ce que l`on a besoin. Beaucoup de place, avec une grande terrasse et un grand jardin. Située dans un village de pecheur -alors, c`etait génial de faire partie de la vie pour un certain temps. Petits magasins, des snack-bars, l arret d`autobus et la plage à 300 mètres. Il faut dire que l`on ne peut nager là bas. C`est pour se promener et adorer la mer et le lever du soleil. La famille de la propriétaire, Magna, qui vous souhaite un bienvenue chaleureux et vous informe et aide en toute circomstance. Des excursions en bateau avec "Le Grand Bleu" inoubliables. Un lieu où il faut aller absoluement pour décourvrir la vie tranquille, des gens extremement aimables et une nature intacte.

Excellent point de départ pour découvrir Maurice

Très jolie villa avec son jardin exotique. Toute la famille (2 adultes et 4 jeunes enfants) a apprécié le confort de la maison et l’accueil de Karia. Magna avait déjà tout préparé pour la réussite de notre séjour, notamment la location de la voiture (indispensable à nos yeux d’ailleurs). Temps de trajet tout à fait acceptable vers les plages du Nord ou Port Louis. Une fois l’habitude prise avec le volant à droite, le clignotant qu’il ne faut pas confondre avec l’essuie glaces et surtout les ronds points à prendre dans l’autre sens (...) quel plaisir de démarrer ses excursions depuis Poudre d’Or. Merci !
