The newly renovated 1.5 baths are a big plus for your group. Use the grill right outside your door, or take an easy walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We love this place

We love this place mainly for the location! The property manager is amazing! The pool is nice and the beach is a quick walk!

Great loacation

Condo located just steps from the beautiful beach, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The pool was also warm and very clean Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!!

The unit was spacious. However, it was not as clean as we expected it to be in and around the kitchen area! Also the sink in the master bathroom was plugged up and could not be used. Otherwise the unit was acceptable. Very close to the beach which was great! Office support was exception!

excellent location, outdated furnishings

Pros: The condo is in an excellent location! The size of the space was very good sized and will fit a family easily, bathrooms were updated and nice, everything was as clean as possible. Cons: all furnishings were very outdated by 40 years. Both the carpet and couch had stains. Mattresses were old and uncomfortable! locks on the doors could be updated to a changeable keypad. refrigerator was noisy. overall rating of a 7
