This nicely decorated and recently updated, three bedroom, three bath town home is the ideal mountain retreat for a gathering of family and friends. The open and spacious main level is comprised of the living room with a gas fireplace, dining room and kitchen. There is also a large, private deck that has a new 5 person hot tub! The unit features a large dining room with seating for six and breakfast bar with additional seating for four. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and the open design is perfect for entertaining guests and family gatherings. The upstairs features a large master suite with a king bed, large and beautiful master bathroom and a private balcony. The lower lever has two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed featuring queen on bottom and twin on top and a full bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom attached. There is also a washer dryer and a new full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The town home is conveniently located just three blocks from town, is on the town's free bus route, and only 3 blocks from the Quicksilver Chair. This unit includes a one car garage and one additional outdoor parking space, no additional parking is available at Village Point.

Alpine Meadows works closely with a professional housekeeping company. Our home is completely cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival.

**Important to know before arriving to Breckenridge:**

4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roadways - no refunds will be granted for improper vehicles. This home is near 10,000 Ft. please plan for high alpine environment conditions all year.

**COLORADO TRACTION LAW**: September- May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Please be sure to mention your destination and traction law when renting a vehicle. Alpine Meadows will not refund for improper vehicles.

Disappointed
Our stay was negatively affected by two problems. The heater was not working properly and the cable and internet went out several times a day for hours. The rental agency did react to solve the problems but unfortunately they were not successfully solved. The property description didn’t include that the single garage doesn’t connect to the house. This was very inconvenient in unloading the car for our stay. Overall, the significant problems would prevent me from recommending this property to others.

Perfect location, beautiful well stocked home!
We were a group of 6 (2 kids, 4 adults) and this home was perfect for us. Excellent location. Quick 10 min walk to peak 9, or a convenient free bus stop 2 minutes from the house. We could also walk to Main Street. House was clean and kitchen well stocked with lots of dishes etc. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot
Wonderful location, room for the whole family! Enjoyed the hot tub every night. The 3 bathrooms are a plus! Our only complaint were the mattresses on the beds were subpar. The king size bed in the Master bedroom was on a box spring with a small foam topper. It was uncomfortable and made the experience a little disappointing. I would return if I knew they upgraded their mattresses, otherwise a great place!

Great location and set up for our group
We (family of parents and 3 adult "kids") stayed in the Village Point property for a week. We've stayed in this neighborhood before (different condo) and really like the location as we could walk to Main Street easily as well as access hiking trails etc. This unit was well laid-out and had been recently refreshed. Everything was tasteful. We were very comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of hiking, mountain biking, or even just Main Street shopping. I only had a few minor issues based on my own preferences. 1) It would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows/entrance to balcony so we could enjoy a nice breeze. 2) The linens were a bit scratchy. All in all, we had a wonderful stay here in this unit and would love to come back. The property management company was very quick to deal with our minor issue (key not working).

Wonderful place
We had a great week in Breckenridge and loved this condo. It’s within walking distance to Main Street and lots of hiking trails. The house was clean and we loved the hot tub. It was perfect for a week away from the Texas heat.
