You will receive a Rental Agreement instantly upon booking the Flat. Rental agreement and Driver's License copy must be provided within 2 days of booking, else risk reservation may be cancelled by Building Management. If you prefer to review and sign the Rental Agreement electronically please let us know asap. All weekend stays between April & September less than 3 nights incurs a small 15% short-term surcharge over the base rate only. This surcharge is charged SEPARATELY from HomeAway (i.e. they are NOT included in your booking but will come as a SEPARATE charge).
