Relax in a beautiful studio guest house. French doors open onto a lovely California garden and large refreshing pool. Enjoy your morning coffee in a private yard full of hummingbirds, fruit trees, and native plants. A swim and a glass of wine at the end of the day will whet your appetite for incredible restaurants choices all close by and convenient.

Inside the studio you will find a new queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a sitting area with Smart tv, wireless internet access, a kitchenette outfitted with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, glasses, electric kettle, coffee maker. Enjoy your meals on a pub style table with great views of the pool and garden, or eat outside if the weather is nice. Bathroom features a large tiled shower. Huge closet to stow all your belongings. Private entrance, off street parking, and, of course, the pool and garden.

Leafy suburb just like home

We enjoyed our stay and we received a warm and friendly welcome by Debbie. She was very helpful and was willing to assist us with anything we needed. The property is not far away from restaurants, grocery stores and major freeways. The swimming pool is lovely, but we didn’t use it. Nice gardens and a relaxing feel to the place. The only concern we had was that one window facing the owners home did not hav any curtains, but Debbie explained that the cord was broken so we assume she will replace the window coverings. Comfortable bed and we had enough amenities to make our stay a pleasurable one.

Great place

This rental is a studio apartment. Has comfortable accommodations and very clean. You can cook in the kitchen. We did not. Great shower. Loved sitting out by the pool even though it was too cool for us to try it. Great location. Quiet neighborhood yet close to restaurants, shopping. The rental , location and friendly landlord met all of our needs. Debbie is a wonderful landlord. We’ll definitely rent again if it’s available. Thanks Debbie. Hope to see you again.

Comfy place to relax and would definitely recommend

Very comfortable bed, clean,quite environment, friendly host, great location, kitchen has all essential needs, parking on site, prefect distance to universal studios, would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

The location was very convenient for us. And Debra was very accommodating.

We were just a few minutes away from where my son and his family reside. Debra’s place was perfect for us and met all of our needs. We hope to stay there again.

Your host

I am a mother, a teacher, a writer, a homeowner, and a traveler. I love to explore new places and choose to stay in neighborhoods rather than large hotels. I love getting to know a new city on foot - taking in the architecture, wandering through the parks, stopping at cafés, and talking to people. Having a home base when I'm in a foreign city makes me feel like my experience is a little more genuine.

As a history teacher, I love old cities that have weathered the centuries. Some of my favorites are London, Paris, Bruges, Amsterdam, and Rome. I also love high energy cities like New York and Tokyo. When a VRBO host leaves personal recommendations, I'm in heaven!

Owning a home in Los Angeles, I've always thought about being a VRBO host but with a demanding job, it wasn't going to happen. Now, I'm cutting back my work hours and think the time is right to share my guest house with others. I hope travelers will enjoy this little oasis with a beautiful private yard and pool - the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine!
