About this property

Classic cape house in great location. Come and bring the whole family and enjoy the best Harwichport has to offer. The house is located south of Rte. 28 and about .5 mile to beach and .5 mile to Saquatucket Harbor. After the beach, enjoy barbecuing on the large deck while the kids play in the yard. Sleeping accommodations include a master with Queen bed and another room with a Queen upstairs. Downstairs there is another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a queen in the sun room. Extras include an outside shower, high speed Internet and great layout for the whole family.

There is plenty of room for your boat and trailer in the driveway and Saquatucket Harbor is nearby.

A fantastic property in a great location

The property was perfect for our group of four. What really impressed me was the interaction with the property owners. Perfect instructions and tremendous recommendations. The location is fantastic and is within walking distance to the beach. Chatham is about 10 minutes away with lots of shopping. Don’t forget to ask Rodney regarding dinners reservations because all of his suggestions were spot on. We would love to return next year.

A great find!

This is an excellent house. The property was lovely, classic Cape Cod architecture, and the space was ample for our family. It was great to have the deck to eat lunch or dinner. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The location was superb- very close to town with restaurants and shopping and next door to the ferry to Nantucket and for harbor tours. We had a wonderful week and Harwich Port has become a favorite spot. Highly recommend- we can’t wait to come back!

Charming, spacious home in quiet neighborhood near beach

So many positive features: central air, very quiet neighborhood, 7 minute walk to beach, large deck with plenty of seating, great outdoor shower, totally private yard, close to restaurants & 2 ice cream stands. We loved it!

Good location

My husband and I rented this home and both our daughters came with their husbands as well as our 10 yr old granddaughter and 1 month old grandson. We made the bedroom space work for us. The air conditioning upstairs was great and the fans downstairs worked well too. We cooked almost all our meals there and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.
