The flat is very bright and quiet. It is on the 7th floor with a lift.

Appartement agréable et bien situé

Les photos correspondent tout à fait à ce que nous avons découvert. Sympathique petit appartement dans un quartier calme malgré l'école juste à côté. Aucune nuisance sonore. Bien équipé (pour ma part, quelques verres à eau, une louche et un plat pour aller au four pourraient compléter l'équipement de la cuisine de manière judicieuse :o)). Literie de qualité. Les + : le petit Intermarché au pied de l'immeuble, super bien achalandé, hyper pratique lorsque l'on rentre d'une longue promenade ... Nous avons testé le parking public - réservation à l'avance de l'emplacement - procédure top. Stations de métro et de bus à quelques minutes ainsi que différents commerces intéressants. L'accueil d'Aude est professionnel et ses conseils précieux. De la documentation est à disposition et Aude reste joignable pendant tout le séjour. Bref une très chouette location. Nous ne manquerons pas de la réserver à nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour à Paris (qui n'est pas si loin pour nous :o).

Wonderful stay and wonderful host!

Look no further! Aude’s apartment has everything a visitor looks for - great location, clean apartment, wonderful amenities, ease of check-in, close to transportation, and a safe neighborhood! Aude is a great host, she greeted us promptly and went above and beyond helping us navigate the transportation system which is on strike at the moment. Her apartment is clean, well furnished and has all the comforts of home. The neighborhood is very safe, and there are numerous choices of transport - Metro and buses are within 5 minutes to the apartment. There is a grocery store right below which made things easier. The bathroom is huge by euro standards. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make complete meals, and has a full size fridge which is so helpful. The neighborhood is very safe and very quiet at night. Lots of families in the neighborhood - it has an upper west side feel to it. The building is secure and has an elevator. I would not hesitate to stay in her lovely apartment again.

Beautiful neighborhood, close to metro

Aude was wonderful to work with. The place was darling and the bed, oh so comfortable. It was a fantastic neighborhood. Right ne t door is a foot massage place and grocery store. The neighborhood was walkable and quiet. We we close to several metros, Chandon Lagache, Michel Ange-molitor and Exelmans. And the 7w bus was near by. The place was cozy and we looked forward at the end of each day relaxing in the apt.

Great Location, Quiet and Safe

We enjoyed our stay and owner was very responsive for any and all questions. So many ways to get to the center of Paris via train or bus. Great neighbourhood with a market right downstairs. Good for family of 4 or a couple
