You will find absolutely everything you might need for the perfect vacation in this well thought out, pet-friendly vacation rental. We've spared no expense, ensuring you'll have a comfortable and relaxing stay at our home.

The backyard sold the house for me, and I'm sure it will do the same for you. REAL GRASS, diving pool, gas BBQ, outdoor TV, gas fire pit, wood fire pit, and yard games. Tons of room for your kids and pets to play, too, in the fully fenced yard.

Space
Beautifully remodeled three bedrooms, two-bathroom home.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for breakfast to preparing family meals. Some of the items we keep stocked for your use include pots and pans, baking dishes, large griddle, crockpot, toaster, casserole dishes, storage containers for leftovers, wine, and drinking glasses, mixing bowls, dish towels, and sharp knives. We also keep a large number of spices on hand and have a fully stocked coffee bar. We offer filtered water in the fridge.

We offer two living spaces. There is an oversized couch with a 65 inch TV to watch Cable (HD Antenna), Netflix, or Hulu in the main living room.

We have a small futon and two sitting chairs in the other sitting area to enjoy a conversation. This space is open to the kitchen and dining table.

Entertainment
We offer high-speed wireless internet. Should you need to get some work done during your visit, the dining table is a great place to spread out or have a small desk near the treadmill.

Our home has three TVs; a 65 inch in the main living space, a 55 inch on the back patio, and a 40-inch Tv in the master. All TVs are Smart TVs for you to log into any streaming services. There are HD antennas available on the main and outdoor TVs. Please log out of any streaming services before your departure.

We have a large number of games in the hall closet. We ask that you please keep the game closet and games tidy for future guests.

Dining
Our dining table has space for 6. There is an additional leaf in the garage, and you may use the bench near the door and the small tables in the sitting area as extra seating at the dining room table.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms have blackout curtains, high-end sheets, and comfortable memory foam mattresses. With multiple pillows to choose from, comfy robes, and plush towels, we think we've covered all the bases!

Bathrooms
Enjoy the use of the complimentary KIRKLAND BRAND shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, face wipes, mouthwash, Q-Tips, fluffy towels, robes, and a hairdryer. We have two bathrooms, one in the master and one in the hall. The master bedroom has a stand-up shower, and the guest bath has a tub.

Fitness
We have a treadmill, free weights, and jumping ropes at the property. Please use the treadmill at your own risk.

Laundry + Cleaning
The washer and dryer are in the garage. We provide laundry detergent for your stay. We also offer rags and cleaning supplies, a vacuum, mop, and broom should you need to clean up any spills.

Children
A Pack and Play is available. Life vests, an IKEA high chair and two small strollers are in the garage. A pool fence is also available for an additional fee.

Pets
We love all pets but limit our house to dogs only. There is an additional fee for pets per stay. We have a two-pet maximum, but we realize how hard it can be to find pet-friendly spaces. Please let us know if you have additional pets, and we might be able to accommodate them.

We provide water/food bowls, treats, and a toy for each of our furry guests. We also have a medium size pet crate and a baby gate. If you shut the bedroom doors and use the baby gate in the hall, it can keep your dog(s) in the hallway if necessary.

The home is about 15 minutes to the airport, downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale (with plenty of things to do in nearby cities of Chandler & Gilbert as well). Our cross streets are Baseline and Alma School; we are very close to both the 101 and the 60, which will get you anywhere you need to go quickly.

Other delivery services available are Uber, Lyft, Postmates.


IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING - ONCE YOU BOOK YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU'VE READ AND WILL FOLLOW ALL RULES.


1. Please do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool or tamper with it for any reason. Misuse of pool equipment may cause significant damage. If our pool service finds that the pool vacuum has been removed from the pool or tampered with, any repair costs and/or equipment replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. If there is an issue, please contact us ASAP. We are happy to Help! Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

2. Don't bring extra guests over the amount you booked. If you booked for 6, we plan for 6. If you have more, please just let us know.

3. If you plan on having any visitors at the property besides registered guests, please give us a heads up.

4. Please be respectful. Remember, this is a home in a quiet neighborhood. It's not a hotel or a nightclub. We expect our guests to treat this home and our neighbors with respect. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am - Absolutely NO PARTIES. NO FIREWORKS. Please make sure the string lights are shut off before you go to bed.

5. Dogs are allowed (two max). Additional fees may apply. Please remember to clean up after your pets. If you leave your pet's droppings for us to clean up, expect the host to use your security deposit to cover the additional time needed for clean up.

6. No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.

7. Smoking outside ONLY; please dispose of your trash properly.

8. If you're at the house during trash pick-up days, please place it on the curb. If you're unable, please let me know. The blue bin (recycling) goes out Tuesday night. The black bin (trash) goes out on Friday night.

9. Landscapers come every other Tuesday (I'll try to let you know if they will be there during your stay)

10. Pool is cleaned on Monday afternoons (every other in winter).

11. Please do not tamper with the pool autofill. If you notice a leak, please turn it off and alert me immediately.

12. Please clean the grill after you use it. If you run out of propane, please take a tank to swap. We do not always notice low propane and rely on our guests to refill when needed.

13. Please mind the AC recommendations in the manual. Overrunning the AC during Arizona's hot summer months will cause damage. For example: If you're spending your day by the pool and it's over 110, leave the AC at 80; I promise you it will feel nice and cool when you run in to use the bathroom. Desert heat is far different than the East Coast or Midwest.

14. Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries caused during your stay at the property.
