If you also want to rent the annex, there is an extra charge of EUR 15 per person per night (minimum cost EUR 200). The annex is included in the rental price for all other dates of the year. ***

With a residence in Zahora, you have a dozen restaurants within walking distance and a great beach with a protective reef which is ideal for families with children!

The villa is spaciously distributed on the main house and annex, situated in a large and secluded garden. Large salt water swimming pool, Spa and Air conditioning - both hot and cold - make this a comfortable accommodation in summer or winter.

Sleeps up to 12 people in total.

Main house: 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor. 2 single beds as well as a double bed in the loft. In our opinion, the "comfort level" is 6 people in the main house, depending on the composition of the traveling companion.

Annex: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, bathroom with shower and a single kitchen which allows for hot and cold drinks.

In high season, the house and annex are only rented out together. For the rest of the year, the annex can be rented by the house. It is not possible to rent only the annex.

Above the annex there is a partially covered roof terrace with fireplace, walled-in barbecue and lovely views that can be used by guests even if one has not included the annex.

The spa consists of Sauna and Hot / Cold-Tub as well as a screened garden shower with hot and cold water with adjoining sink and toilet. One bag of firewood per. a week for use in the sauna (possibly in the fireplaces) is included in the rent. Together with the pool, these installations guarantee outdoor enjoyment and recreation regardless of the weather.

The pergola provides shade during the day and whims in the evenings and includes an outdoor kitchen, a "relax" bench and a large dining area. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with an Alfa Pizza wood-burning oven, a Monolith grill, gas plates, sink and refrigerator.

Zahora is a small "Pueblo" with about 400 households. About half of these are permanent residents, while the other half are mainly Spaniards who have their holiday homes here. Conil and Vejer are the closest small towns and both are approx. 10 minutes drive away.

The coast of light is authentic Spanish; only a limited development in tourism has been implemented after a new zoning plan was in place in Andalusia. The mile-long beaches, which go on to be among the finest beaches in Europe with its white fine sand and the pure clear water, will therefore be allowed to accommodate holidaymakers without dominant settlement in the future as well.

Great property, fantastic location
The property is in a wonderful location, within walking distance of Zahora beach, one of the best beaches in this area, and close to some really good restaurants. The grounds of the property really make this place great, with a choice of barbecue areas, dining and relaxing spots, and a much needed swimming pool on a hot day. The agency always responded promptly to our questions, and the cleaner was very helpful and friendly too! We had a great time and if we come back to this area, we would stay here again.

Lovely house near the sea
Good communication with the owner, house is 10mins walk from a fantastic beach. This place has everything you need, pool, sauna, outdoor kitchen and 3 barbecues

Holiday dream
We stayed in this lovely house and annex with 6-7 adults in February. Our group enjoyed really enjoyed dips in the saltwater pool, followed by warming up in the sauna. Grilling and hanging out in the room on top of the annex at night was quite memorable, as we could see the stars and the lighthouse beam sweeping across the sky. This is our third time in the region, and Zahora has been our favorite location yet. Much of this beach town was closed up for winter, though the nearby camping store is open for groceries and firewood. There’s also wonderful covered Mercado in nearby Barbate, in addition to bigger grocery stores. We especially enjoyed running on the nearby beach with its tide pools and wild waves, and the relative ease with which we could access hikes and assorted day trips. We made so many good memories in Casa Martin. From cooking pizza in the garden to sunsets on the beach, we would consider returning to this very house again!

Location and outdoor lifestyle makes this property
We had a wonderful stay at this property with friends. I have given it three stars as the house is basic inside but the outdoor facilities makes up for this. The outdoor kitchen with the pizza oven and BBQ was excellent and the sauna and outdoor bathroom is brilliant. Great location near shops, restaurants and beach bars. This is the third year in a row and would highly recommend Zahora.
