Stylish 4th floor apartment (with lift), with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms

Feel right at home in this bright and lovingly furnished Berlin apartment, inviting you to linger and relax in the perfect retreat. The neighbourhood has everything you could need, including shops for daily needs, a 24-hour supermarket and a health centre. Within walking distance you’ll find shopping on Wilmersdorfer Strasse, Kantstrasse (Berlin’s Chinatown), Ku`damm and the specialty shops and exquisite restaurants and cafes around Leonhardtstrasse.

The apartment boasts wooden floors throughout and the large kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up a feast with groceries bought just downstairs. Dine comfortably at a large dining table that seats 6, and relax in the comfortable armchairs or the convertible sofa in the lounge. Here, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with a Blu-Ray player plus a portable Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth Media Player. A highlight is the new 27" iMac with printer which offers you the best access to the included WiFi. But if you’d rather head out to explore the city’s sights, tourist guides and a Berlin city map are provided.

The bedrooms both have courtyard exposure, the master with a double bed, armchair and floor-to-ceiling windows with a French balcony, flanked by a little table with two chairs – the perfect place for a morning coffee! The smaller bedroom has a single bed, a sofa bed and a desk with a chair. In case of traveling with your baby you will find an already available baby cot. Freshen up in the beautiful bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower and WC. There’s also a separate WC with a washer / dryer.

Just outside you’ll find connections around Berlin at the Charlottenburg station (S5, S7 and S75), or Wilmersdorfer Strasse station (U7), and also regional trains, bus 109 (to Tegel airport), bus 309 and a taxi stand.

Cleaning, linen, towels and WiFi are included in the rental price. The deposit muss be paid per wire before the arrival and it will be refunded after the departure of the guests.

There is public parking nearby. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Lovely flat, customer service and contact very poor

This is a very nice flat however our customer experience really disrupted our experience of staying there. Furthermore we remain disappointed that the owner has not acknowledged or made an allowance for this in the return of the deposit which he subsequently reduced to cater for lock problems which we acknowledge and take responsibility for.

The owner said his compensation came in the form of not charging for 2 broken wine glasses and a broken fridge door. The fridge was broken when we arrived and the TV never worked. The toilet in the shower room continued to flush and needs fixing.

During the course of this booking I had been in touch with Homerez twice before the holiday checking that the booking was authentic given a lack of communication, and then again on the day of arrival - it was Homerez that tracked the owner down that resulted in him contacting us on the day of arrival. When his contact in Berlin did not turn up with the key I genuinely thought (as did my partner) that we had been scammed and that we had not only lost the money we had spent on the flat but did not have anywhere to stay for the next 10 days.

I am not an anxious person and am generally relaxed about holidays trusting that the process will work - however this has been the exception. Throughout this whole booking the process has not felt held. Emails remained unanswered unless pushed through Homerez and this lack of contact and certainty compounded my anxiety both leading up to the holiday and then on arrival day.

When someone came into the flat late one evening when we were in bed to pick up the left laundry bag we were genuinely scared - we could probably have laughed about it if as above we felt secure in the booking - as it was, the thought that went through my mind was that another tennant was coming into the flat and that it had been double booked.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Much larger than it looks on the pictures. Location could not have been better. Would definitely stay here again.

Stunning apartment!

The apartment is so tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Has everything you require. It's much bigger than it looks on the photos too. So convenient to the U and S train lines. Only downfall is the squeaky floor boards but that's a minor thing. Totally recommend a stay here.

nähe Bahnhof, tolle Wohnung

das Objekt ist in Charlottenburg und gleich gegenüber ist der Bahnhof d.h. wo du auch hin möchtest, diese Lage ist perfekt. Um die Ecke ist eine Einkaufstraße - alles was du zum leben brauchst. Aber es gibt auch hier mehrere Restaurants...also die Küche bleibt kalt. Apropos Küche, die ist wunderschön. Eigentlich ist die ganz Wohnung wunderschön. Badezimmer plus Gäste WC runden das Gesamtangebot aus. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Perfekte Wohnung an super Lage

Die Angaben und Fotos auf FeWo-direkt entsprachen genau der vorgefundenen Situation. Wir fanden die Ferienwohnung in bestem Zustand und sehr sauber gereinigt vor. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, und die E-Mails wurden stets rasch beantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte ebenfalls problemlos.

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und ein Jugendlicher, fühlten uns in der Wohnung sofort ausgesprochen wohl. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist super, S- und U-Bahnstation nur wenige Schritte vom Apartement entfernt.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

You couldn’t ask for a better location during your trip to Berlin. Those wanting to taste the region’s amazing gastronomy will love "Anna von Feld", the grocery store and café just downstairs. A mere 200 metres away is Berlin’s Chinatown and at 500 metres a Spanish supermarket. The cafes, restaurants and specialty shops of Leonhardtstrasse are 150 metres away and you’ll find a fresh fish market at Wilmersdorferstreet, 600 metres away. Nearby is also a fresh food and grocery store that is open 24/7.

Attractions nearby include Lietzensee (1.3 km), Charlottenburg Palace and its beautiful park (2 km), the antiques shops of Suarezstrasse (1 km), Kurfürstendamm (900 m), Savignyplatz (1.7 km) and the Opera (1.2 km). There’s also a cinema just 500 metres from your door and a designer outlet at 100 metres.
