Our vacation was very enjoyable. The weather was beautiful and the view was fantastic!

Our vacation was very enjoyable. The weather was beautiful and the view was fantastic! We did have a few issues. The ice maker did not work. We pulled it away from the wall to make sure things were hooked up. When we did that, there were a few cockroaches that scurried away. We bought spray and didn’t see anymore the rest of the week. The condo smelled very musty. We bought candles and had the patio door open as much as possible. We were not able to use the laundry on the floor we were on. There were no curtains in the second bedroom and the window opens to the hall. The twin beds in the second bedroom are not made for adults-very uncomfortable! Overall cleanliness was very poor. If I had a mop I would have cleaned the floor. My socks were black after walking throughout the condo. Towels are terrible. Unit looked rundown. Drapes were broken. Kitchen could use better pan and cooking utensils. Toaster was worthless. It would be nice to have a second key. We inquired about more keys but did not get a reply back. We were able to get a second key from the maintenance man.

Other than the pesky bedroom drapes that won’t close completely, everything was fine. Would return.

Location, location, location…. 8th floor oceanfront unit in desirable Ormond by the Sea. The building is undergoing repairs to the concrete balconies and replacement of ALL windows, so there was drilling noise M-F between 8:30 and 3:30, likely to continue for another year or so. The hot water supply was fantastic, as was the water pressure. The king bed was very comfortable. Polyester sheets aren’t my favorite. In need of upgrades: towels and washcloths, and frying pan.

Great View

This property has a great ocean view and a good location away from the worst of the traffic. There was noise during the day from work being done on the building. The unit could use a refresh, especially the drapes which do not work. The owner was responsive.

not a pleasant experience

Upon first entering unit i noticed there were repairs going on in the guest bedroom which made it unusable. Also the guest toilet was not bolted to the floor so it rocked. The curtains in both the living area and bedroom were broke so you could not open them for the view. AND we had palmetto bugs.

Wonderful Trip

I booked this trip for my parents in their 80s. They had a wonderful time. Loved the area and pool. Enjoyed the condo, just said it needed to be updated. They plan on going back again. Thank you!!
