Our 120 m2 duplex Creole style villa is located on the main island of Terre-de-Haut, in the Saintes archipelago.
Quiet, it is nevertheless close to the town on foot (about 500 m, 5 minutes from the landing) but away from the bustle. Grande Anse Beach is 500 meters from the house.
In the tradition of Creole houses, a beautiful 90 m2 Teak terrace surrounds the house, allowing you to move around freely and enjoy your meals outdoors while staying in the shade.
Pleasantly ventilated by the trade winds, the view is dominant on the beach of Grande Anse and its palm grove, and in the distance ... Marie-galante.
Fully equipped with teak or other exotic wood furniture inside, hammock chair, deckchairs and hammock also invite you to laze on the terrace.
The living room, spacious (60 m2) and open to the outside, is composed of a large living room with a lounge area in seagrass, a flat-screen TV, a new Clic-Clac sofa (Bultex mattress) convertible, as well as a dining area and bar in exotic wood.
It is completed by an open kitchen, fully equipped:
Large fridge-freezer, microwave, oven-grill, gas and electric hob, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, blender ...
There is a barbecue at the entrance of the villa for barbecue lovers.
The upstairs is made of wood and consists of two large air-conditioned bedrooms of 20 m2 each: good bedding, blackout curtains, wardrobe with spacious storage.
At your disposal, table and iron, and fans and mosquito nets (if some are not used to air conditioning).
The 1st bedroom has a 160 cm bed (Teak bed - Dunlopillo latex mattress) with a very beautiful sea view.
The 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed (2 90 cm mattresses of the same level which can be suitable for a 2nd couple) as well as a 3rd bed with a 90 cm bed. An extra armchair is available for an 8th bed (child) as well as a baby bed.
The bedrooms are separated by a toilet and a bathroom (shower cabin). Bed linen and shower towels are provided.
And for those who do not wish to cook, the restaurant 'La Toumbana' is nearby (2 mins by walking to the beach of Grande Anse) and offers excellent Creole menus.
The digestif will be offered to you if you stay at 'La Terrasse Créole'.
