A fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment in a prime location. Spacious and comfortable, consists of open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a single room and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is located just a 10 min walk away from the sea and close to all amenities including supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and public transport.

The nightlife in St Julian's/ Paceville is a only 15 min walk away.

The location of this property is ideal and easily accessible. It is situated just off the main entertainment area but yet very close.

It’s a family owned business and the property is well taken care of with regular maintenance. Excellent customer service is our priority.

In the area you will find various activities for all preferences, from scuba diving, swimming, snorkeling, sports, museums, churches, jeep safaris, excursions, feasts, art and music and also relaxing spas, restaurants, bar and clubs.

Pleasant stay

I stayed at the apartment with three friends for four nights in January.

Our oberservations

+ Great location as in walking distance to nice restaurants at the harbour (10min) and the party district in Paceville (15min)

+ although close to 'civilisation', the atmosphere is quite rural as you overlook some allotments and there is no noise at night.

+ Very spacious

+ Clean

- The water pressure in the shower was quite low

- The appartment was a bit chilly (but then, we came in January and the place was very reasonably priced)

- If you are thinking about cooking, the kitchen equipment is quite minimalistic

Overall, I would recommend booking this place if you want to stay in Malta. Maurizio, the landlord is a very decent chap who helped us a lot, from recommendations for dinner (which were all delicious so trust him) to sorting out the paper work after a little accident we had with our rental car.

The property is spacious and clean but a little dated.

The owner very friendly and helpful, the property is located in a peaceful residential area but only 7 minutes walk to Spinola Bay and St Julians. As our stay was in February I found the property to be very cold on an evening even with the air conditioning! Overall enjoyed our one week stay and would return maybe in a warmer month!

Good large size apartment, clean nice walk to the main area . Only negative I would say was the shower which was too small and poor strength of water flow. Free WI fi good quality! Very accommodating hosts!!!

The apartment is clean and spacious and located in a quiet part

of St. Julians, only a 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. It is a short walk from the bus stop, from where you can go anywhere.

Located along the northeast coast close to Sliema, St Julians is a popular and busy Malta holiday resort. The picturesque Spinola Bay is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and, of an evening, plenty of nightlife. The area has all types of hotels and a busy shopping complex nearby. An excellent promenade by the waters edge extends all the way to Sliema making for a lovely ‘stroll.’ For even livelier nightlife, St Julians is very close to Malta’s entertainment ‘hot-spot’, Paceville. Overall, St Julian’s is one of the more popular choices for a holiday in Malta.
