Bright maisonette, situated in a tranquil residential area, close to the Spinola bay, St Julian’s.

A fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment in a prime location. Spacious and comfortable, consists of open plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a single room and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is located just a 10 min walk away from the sea and close to all amenities including supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and public transport.

The nightlife in St Julian's/ Paceville is a only 15 min walk away.

The location of this property is ideal and easily accessible. It is situated just off the main entertainment area but yet very close.

It’s a family owned business and the property is well taken care of with regular maintenance. Excellent customer service is our priority.

In the area you will find various activities for all preferences, from scuba diving, swimming, snorkeling, sports, museums, churches, jeep safaris, excursions, feasts, art and music and also relaxing spas, restaurants, bar and clubs.

Spacious , clean apartment .

Good large size apartment, clean nice walk to the main area . Only negative I would say was the shower which was too small and poor strength of water flow. Free WI fi good quality! Very accommodating hosts!!!

The apartment is clean and spacious and located in a quiet part

of St. Julians, only a 10 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. It is a short walk from the bus stop, from where you can go anywhere.

Lovely apartment

Really nice apartment! Claudia and Maurizio were very helpful, great communication before and during our stay, arranged our airport transfers which was a great help, everything was very professional, definitely went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant

Located along the northeast coast close to Sliema, St Julians is a popular and busy Malta holiday resort. The picturesque Spinola Bay is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and, of an evening, plenty of nightlife. The area has all types of hotels and a busy shopping complex nearby. An excellent promenade by the waters edge extends all the way to Sliema making for a lovely ‘stroll.’ For even livelier nightlife, St Julians is very close to Malta’s entertainment ‘hot-spot’, Paceville. Overall, St Julian’s is one of the more popular choices for a holiday in Malta.
