About Stu Nichols
My wife and I are originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but lived in Singapore for nearly 8 years before moving to Greensboro. We are avid travelers, active, love great food, and share our home with two cats.
Stu Nichols purchased this apartment in 2017
Why Stu Nichols chose Old Irving Park
We fell in love with this home the minute we saw it. Great location. So quiet and secluded on a street that terminates after the next house up the hill.
What makes this apartment unique
The ultimate in privacy, safety and warmth. You will feel like you are in the woods and yet you will only be a few minutes from all the amenities and attractions that Greensboro and the surrounding area has to offer.
