About Chris Anstey
Before buying our piece of Cape May in 2007, we were long time visitors to Cape May. It is a great place to vacation with our family and is unique among New Jersey resort towns. There is plenty to do and see, but it steers well clear of the loudness and frenetic activity that characterizes some other places at the Shore.

Why Chris Anstey chose Cape May
Cape May, NJ is the nation’s oldest seashore resort and a winner of the 2010 Traveler’s Choice Award. It has some of the nicest beaches around with lovely sand dunes and the shops, restaurants, and bars of Beach Drive. Congress Hall is a top notch destination hotel and a great place for cocktails!
What makes this Condo unique
Of course, Atlantic City is only 45 minutes away up the Garden State Parkway!! The IMAX theatre there is cool. Visit 'The Quarter' at Tropicana and The Borgata. Or, head south and take the Cape May-Lewes ferry across to the lovely quaint town of Lewes or hop the bus to Rehobeth Beach. If wine is your thing there are a number of local vineyards with tastings and other events.

Lovely home away from home!
Wonderful stay. Ideal location, beautiful property, easy check-in. Be sure to leave plenty of time on last day to wash/dry linens (small machines!) but otherwise, a seamless stay! Thanks so much! Will definitely recommend.
everything was VERY clean and modern. Very comfortable. Perfect for our knitting retreat. We had all the conveniences of home. We will definitely stay next year!
Mini Moon in Cape May
We stayed here for a mini honeymoon (Sunday through Wednesday) immediately after our wedding. The property was a stones throw away from Washington Street Mall and shopping plaza and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Chris has pretty much everything one would need to have an enjoyable time at the beach, even down to beach tags (which we didn’t need since it was out of season). He even had a congratulations card along with a bottle of wine for the newly weds. We would definitely come back to stay again. Thanks Chris for the awesome experience. DC and Lianne
We stayed here for a weekend to attend a nearby wedding everything was perfect easy checkin, great location with a very spacious porch plus on site parking. Big thumbs up for a stay in Cape May.
Easy access to everything in Cape May
My wife and I stayed recently and had a great time. The beach is a very short walk, as is everything else in Cape May that you'd want to access by foot. Recommended.
Oh, the Front Porch!
This property with off street parking, a split bedroom configuration and updated kitchen was home for 9 days. The outdoor shower was an added bonus with hot and cold water since the interior shower was small though functional. Having the washer /dryer with ample soap was excellent. All the linens were sufficient quality however an extra few washcloths for the kitchen would made it even better. The cooking knives were dull however all the other supplies were in good order. The description states there aren't beach towels but I found a closet with twelve of them so save room in your luggage for other things. Many a charming hour were spent on the front porch and we ate on the metal table several times. If you want a round tablecloth you'll need to bring it. The wifi was great and we used our laptop all the time. The house has a few minor improvements that would help, like a screen in the back screen door, better beach chairs, and the backdoor light had a broken bulb that was unable to unscrew to replace. The property is a good value and the owner very responsive.
