The villa is located on a plot of 750 meters, 150 built. It has 4 rooms, 2 of them of marriage (1 suite) and 2 doubles. 2 full bathrooms, large dining room with ground fire and large fully equipped kitchen (washer, dryer, dishwasher, drinking water, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...). It has heating, and Spanish and foreign television channels.
Large terrace, garden with lawn and stone barbecue.
It has a private and fenced pool for children of 32 meters 8x4, with salt water.(ideal for people allergic to chlorine) .Outdoor furniture: table and chairs, 6 sun beds, large umbrella and with a night garden lighting and even inside the pool.

Un très bon séjour en famille

Nous venons de passer un séjour de 15 jours en famille avec un enfant de 3 ans. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles et donnent de bonnes petites adresses (restaurants, plages). Personnellement l’ambiance de Loret de Mar ne nous correspondaient pas et Marie nous a donné des plages beaucoup plus familiales (Platja d’Aro ou Tossa de Mar) top top ! Concernant la location, l’extérieur de la maison est très bien entretenu avec des espaces très confortables. L’accès à la piscine est totalement sécurisé, ce qui est extrêmement rassurant pour passer un séjour en sécurité ! C est un très gros avantage. La piscine est exposée toute la journée au soleil ce qui permet de profiter du matin au soir. La maison est parfaite, les aménagements sont modernes et recents. La maison est très spacieuse, les chambres ainsi que la literie sont confortables. Une très bonne adresse tant pour la qualité des prestations que pour l accueil et la disponibilité des hôtes.

Maison très agréable pour les vacances, les propriétaires sont très gentil et très à l’écoute. Maison très propre, la piscine était top également. Bref un super séjour, il manquait juste le wifi dans la maison pour rester connecté

Maison au top pour des vacances tranquilles !

Séjour à 8 personnes (2 familles avec enfants) dans cette belle villa très bien équipée, propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer des vacances au calme (environ 20 minutes du bord de mer). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, arrangeants et à l'écoute. Adresse à retenir pour des futures vacances en Espagne. Merci à Mari Carmen et sa famille.
