This town home is located only 2.5 miles from the desired West entry to Hot Springs Village and nearby restaurants, grocery store, and shopping (WalMart, Village Ace Hardware, Subway, El Jimidor, Domino's, Charlie's Italian, The Shack for great burgers, The Bee Hive for tappas, Xplore Lakeside on Lake Balboa with great views of the lake.

While in the Village you can play the 9 fantastic golf courses, enjoy the many hiking and bike trails, fishing, and water sports. Lake DeSoto (200 acres) has a marina with boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats for rent. There is an Outfitter who, with 24-hr notice, will deliver kayaks and equipment at a very reasonable price. There is the newly built Desoto Pool just a mile from your place. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center at the Coronado Center available with an indoor pool, massage therapist, and many classes to choose from. There are 12 clay tennis courts and nearby Desoto pickle ball (12) courts. Let’s not forget the Village’s two very nice beaches on Lake Cortez and Lake Balboa!

If you’re looking for adventure outside of the Village, go to nearby Hot Springs for horse races (Oaklawn race track) and gambling, see the historic bathhouses, visit art galleries or visit Lake Hamilton. Just 16 miles to the historic bathhouse row.

This property is 13 miles to Lake Ouachita and Ouachita National Forest where you can rent a boat and fish or cruise the largest fresh water lake in Arkansas (breathtakingly gorgeous). Lake Ouachita (40,000 acres) area offers swimming, beautiful beaches and abundant walking trails.

Lastly, why not bring your motorcycles and take a motorcycle ride up Highway 7 Scenic Biway for some of the best scenic views in the country (and catch the famous Dragontail and Arkansas Pigtail). The 7 Biway is approximately 170 miles takes you to the Missouri state line.
