About this property

With beautiful views on Lake Champlain, the cottage has 2.5 bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining area and one full bath. Very comfortable with outside sitting area. Rocky beach and mooring available to renters but need to provide your own dingy or swim in as we do:)

Our cottage is my little piece of heaven on earth... a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Many nearby attractions... Lake Placid, Montreal, Ausable Chasm... and more local festivities. We have a mooring with our property... and you would have to provide your own dingy or swim in as we do:) Restaurants available by water... Burlington is directly across from our camp on Willsboro Point. Washer and Dryer available for use.

Always a pleasure staying there

This is our 4th time staying here and as always, it was lovely. Quaint home, beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, peaceful surroundings, responsive host, everything we could want or need. We will likely continue to make this an annual tradition.

Excellent place to vacation!

From the beginning, the owners were 100% engaged and responsive when we had any questions at all. The property is fantastic and from the outside fireplace facing the lake to the daybed there are fantastic views from any standpoint. Clean and organized with a helpful notebook of pertinent information to make the best stay possible. We will be back!

“SERENITY”

Live and work in Queensbury NY... realized how beautiful it was north of here and we decided to invest in a camp for a peaceful get-away. We absolutely love being at the lake and are happy to open our cottage to others.

Why they chose this property

Our children helped us pick this property out... on the water, great sun rises, nice neighbors and not crowded or noisy. Central to many places to visit. My husband on the other hand was all in for the fishing!

What makes this property unique

Relaxing and beautiful! Kayaking down the nearby Ausable river to the lake is a favorite pastime. We enjoy seeing the wildlife along the banks, a picnic on the beach as the river turns to lake, and hiking around the point. Sitting outside for coffee in the morning and watching the lights across the lake in Burlington in the evening is always something to look forward to My all time favorite, going to sleep with the waves crashing up on the beach below.
