Super Urlaub in Deutschland

Der Pool ist klasse. mind. 10 Meter lang und 1,50 tief, würde ich schätzen. Einige Sachen funktionierten nicht (oder wir haben sie nicht zum Laufen bekommen), Hifi-Anlage, Gegenstromanlage im Wasser. War aber nicht schlimm. Die Wohnung ist Ganzjahresgeeignet für Familien, wir hatten viel Spaß.

München superschön

Der Ablauf Buchung, Bezahlung, Wohnungsübergabe sowie zurückgabe hat alles hervorragend geklappt, großes Lob an sämtl. Beteiligten. Bei der Wohnung selbst habe ich ein Stern abgezogen, da die Wohnung leider nicht die sauberste war. Evtl. haben wir auch ein anderes Verständnis für Sauberkeit, aber hier merkt man schon, dass diese Wohnung wohl nicht sehr oft gebucht wird. Den Küchenbereich haben wir überhaupt nicht benutzt, da auch hier die Gegenstände wirklich nicht schön waren. Auch fanden wir, dass es dringend notwendig ist mal die Möbel auszutauschen usw. na ja, die Türen sollten auch mal renoviert werden... Aber sonst eine schöne Wohnung :-)

Excellent choice! Luxurious apartment, good location

The apartment was overwhelming, indoor pool, small sauna, roof garden and lots of spacious rooms. Everything was clean and worked well. We used the apartment as basis for our trips to the city of Munich and some destinations about. Public transport can be reached within minutes, free parking at the apartment and S-Bahn Station Sauerlach (park & ride), shops and restaurants are also in close vicinity.

Sauberkeit und Ruhe

Eine ruhige Lage für Gäste mit Anspruch auf Privatsphäre. Sauberkeit wurde hier ganz groß geschrieben und bis in allen Ecken und Kanten voll durchgezogen. Da bin ich bislang überall enttäuscht worden und war daher positiv überrascht. Der Pool ist definitiv das Highlight, wo die Kinder viel Spaß hatten. Nur am letzten Tag gab es in deren Elektronik ein Problem, das vom Eigentümer allerdings sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend beglichen wurde. Daher 100% zu empfehlen. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste mal.

Kann man mal machen

nettes, sehr einsames Objekt, leider nicht so super sauber (hohes Sauberkeitsempfinden). Diese Wohnung wird nicht oft gebucht, dies kann man erkennen wenn man genau hinsieht. Die Wohnung macht (bis auf die Möbel 80 er Jahre?!) zunächst einen sauberen Eindruck, der aber bei genauerem Hinsehen dann verblasst...! Was hier super ist, ist der Pool, hier kann man viel Spaß haben gerade mit Kindern. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht mehr buchen, da sie doch zu sehr außerhalb liegt. Zur S-Bahn geht man auch fast 30 Min. Alles im Allen Ok, aber auch nur OK. Hier von Luxus-Villa zu sprechen, da gehört noch ein wenig mehr dazu...?!
