No need for a car, easy walking to all Penticton summer activities, festivals and markets. Easy for family; 2 minute walk to Okanagan Lake Sunset Strip or the Convention Center; 5 minute walk downtown, South Okanagan Events Center or the River Channel for tubing. Fenced yard is 'PET FRIENDLY' (will accommodate smaller pets), & suitable for family games etc. Casual large covered deck with propane BB-Q for use.

We are a few blocks from the Farmers Market, a short walk to Okanagan Lake beaches and easy access to Naramata Bench or Bottleneck Drive Wineries. Guests can easily access the KVR trail for cycling, running or walking. Loco-Landing, bicycle & boat rentals, yoga studios & the leisure center are all close by.

Small, lap dogs (30lbs and under) are allowed if clean & well behaved. (No aggressive breeds please ie. pitbulls, rottweilers etc.) with prior approval, a nominal nightly fee. All City Bylaws, house rules for pet guidelines. and pertinent rental agreement policies in place.
