About Michele Egan
We live in Colorado and have always wanted a home in the mountains. Summit County is easily accessible from the Front Range and it's proximity to a wide variety of recreational activities is unsurpassed. The town of Frisco is quaint but still manages to offer diverse dining and shopping options and cultural/community events.
Michele Egan purchased this House in 2005
Why Michele Egan chose Frisco
Frisco is central to all of the ski resorts and still has that 'small town' appeal. The town puts on several events throughout the year frequently closing down main street resulting in fun block parties that all ages enjoy. The Mountain Side complex offers the best amenities. Most people will have to go to Silverthorne or Breckenridge Rec Centers and pay to enjoy the amenities we have for free!
What makes this House unique
Proximity to all five ski resorts, the bike path that goes from Vail to Breckenridge, and great hiking. The clubhouse at Mountain Side (especially the hot tubs) are enjoyed no matter what age you are and what season it is!

Loved this house
This place is very spacious and nice. Nice touches include the Sonos speakers, Roku on TVs, 3 full bathrooms, and the awesome firepit and deck. Lots of room with two separate hang out areas and nice comfy beds. The only drawback is the lack of a private hot tub, otherwise it was perfect. Obviously not the owner's fault, but the clubhouse had 2 broken hot tubs and a broken sauna.
Great house in good area for skiing etc
We stayed at the house in a group of 7 guys on a skiing holiday. It would be fair to say that the average age was well over 50! Throughout the rental process, Michele was excellent with good communications and advice. The house itself was large and well appointed. Overall I thoroughly reccomend the property and owners.
Awesome Spot in Frisco!
The condo was amazing and the town of Frisco was awesome! We would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area. Michele worked with us and was very responsive. The only thing that was noticed, was that the downstairs bathtub drain did not work. We’re already ready for our trip again next year!
It was a pleasure having you at the house and I'm glad you had a great trip!
Thanks for the heads up on the tub. We'll get it taken care of.
Great hub for hitting the ski resorts
We had a great time staying in this unit with two families of four. From Frisco we were able to easily ski: Arapaho Basin, Winterpark, and Copper Mountain. Michele was very responsive and accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!
Beautiful property in great location.
There are many reasons to love this property and first on the list to me would be location. Very comfortable, plenty of space and comfortably furnished. The only 4 star was the because of the accuracy of the listing which specifically listed surround sound system which was not working and had to be totally disconnected in order have TV sound in the main floor den.
Staying at this house was a great experience! There was plenty of room for our entire family of 6 adults and 2 kids. The location was great with a park for our girls to play at close by and the community pool right around the corner. I was surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking utensils and dishes. The deck with the firepit and humming bird feeders were a big hit with our girls too. Overall we really loved our stay and I would definitely recommend this house!
