This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house is spacious, comfortable, and in the perfect location to experience all the beauty 30A has to offer. After a sunny, sandy day on the beach take return to this comfortable retreat and take in the sunset over the gulf from the top floor deck with a glass of wine. Enjoy home cooked meals on the screened in back porch, or take a short stroll to the famous Red Bar or Chiringo for a night filled with live music and delicious food.

First Floor: Covered Parking, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Front Porch Access, Dining, Kitchen, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Screened-In Back Porch.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access.

Quiet beach

I wanted a quiet family beach weekend with my family and we got just that! Very safe neighborhood and short jaunt to the beach away from all the umbrellas as there is beach access in front of the preserved dunes.

Grayt time in April, 2023

Home is in ideal location on the Pine Street section of Grayton. Very nice sized rooms throughout home. Deck furniture on all decks (especially one off kitchen) need update/modernized/more comfortable (metal chairs are so 80s). Other than that we will stay again if pet friendly options are not possible (which was the case this time and led us to this property). Overall fantastic value for the cost. Just needs better outdoor furniture (as luck would have it, we brought our own intended for the beach and dual-utilized for the house decks).

Enjoyable Stay

The house was perfect for my family (husband, grown kids + one spouse and grandchild). Property management was great. I gave it a four for cleanliness because, while I did not feel like it was dirty per se, I felt like it was a house that had been well used. Upstairs carpet was stained from lots of use, and floors and rug did not feel very clean. But kitchen and baths were fine. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Grayton is a great location but be warned the walk thru dunes to beach where we were was very difficult due to soft sand. We managed but would have been a problem for anyone with the slightest mobility issue.
