Villa Renaissance 604 - Deluxe 2 Bedroom Pool & Garden View

Villa Renaissance Unit 604 is a stylish second floor condo with a unique set up. Overlooking the pool and gardens and just steps to beautiful Grace Bay Beach, unit 604 is a serene and quiet escape, while being located at the best small boutique resort along Grace Bay. We are in the heart of Regent Village, which is filled with shops, restaurants and activities. It truly is the best of both worlds for your island holiday.

Inside the condo, the primary bedroom boasts a king sized bed with optional pillow top. The small second bedroom offers Twin XL bunk beds. There is a lovely dining space for four outdoors on our screened-in balcony overlooking the property’s lush gardens. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.

Free Wifi is easily accessed throughout the condo and outdoors at Villa Renaissance. Living room and Primary bedroom have large flat screen HDTVs with cable service and Firestick/Roku to access your own streaming services. Two couches and a large club chair provide a great entertainment and gathering space in our comfortable living area. The full bathroom has a deep soaking tub, shower, magnifying mirror, hairdryer, and plush bath towels. Our on-island management company welcomes you upon arrival, provides mid-stay housekeeping on booking of 5 or more nights, helpful concierge services and all the amenities for your stay.

All linens and towels are laundered by the management company outside of the unit. For laundering your personal items, we have a convenient brand new washer/dryer right inside the unit. Also included is an iron and an ironing board. An in-room safe is provided for storing your valuables.

In the kitchen you will find coffee, tea, sugar, and various pantry items. Soaps, including dishwasher soap, laundry soap and hand soap are all provided for you.

The unit is spacious, open and clean, with a cathedral ceiling in the living area. There is just one bathroom and is therefore best to accommodate 2-3 adults or a couple with 1-2 children. We do not allow more than four guests per stay and all guests must be registered.

Outside at Villa Renaissance, you will find the resort’s newly renovated pool, updated loungers and umbrellas, stunning white sand beach and the famous turquoise water – all just steps away from our front door. Our property offers on-site floodlit tennis courts, bicycles, an air-conditioned indoor fitness room. The poolside bar offers cocktails and bites all day.
