Right in the center of the old town of Albi, a stone's throw from the episcopal city classified as a World Heritage Site by Unesco, our unusual accommodation is classified furnished with three-star tourism. It is located on a sunny plot with parking lots. It is a 100 m² house, a cozy cocoon where, we hope, you will be at home. It is exposed southwest, on 4 levels, furnished, equipped, and classified 3 stars for 4 people; a central and comfortable staircase leads to each floor. On the ground floor, an entrance hall, a toilet and a utility room with washing machine, on the first a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, hob, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, pressure cooker and all the equipment for 4 people) and opposite, a dining room. On the 2nd floor a half-timbered room, original bricks and tomettes, with double bed and sink and the living room with TV opposite. On the 3rd floor, a bedroom with double bed, sink and a single bed on the mezzanine, and the bathroom with toilet opposite. Finally a small relaxation-reading mezzanine for children with a view of the 7.5m² terrace located on the roof. This house has been renovated respecting the spirit of the houses of old Albi. Its walls are painted with lime, the old parquet floors and the half-timbering which are the framework of the house have been preserved and the furniture has been hunted and revisited which makes it a unique place, full of charm. The appliances and bedding are new. Double glazing and new condensing boiler.
