A holiday cottage for peace and quiet
The recently renovated guesthouse is located in a vineyard. This area is close to Bordeaux, Libourne and Saint Emilion.
This is an accommodation of 50 sqm content on one level (1st floor) with private entrance and covered parking. With close access to the A89, it offers a peaceful setting.
The apartment has central heating and is fully insulated.
The main room offers a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV and WiFi. A selection of board games is also provided
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: -Four, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, dishes ...

The bedrooms each have a bathroom. The toilet is separate. Each room has a double bed (140), a wardrobe with shelves, a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hair dryer.
The wooded park with barbecue is available to all guests. There is a garden with outdoor lighting, table and chairs, barbecue is housed, it is possible to eat in case of bad weather.
The Aquitaine region is richly diverse in its geography. It extends from the Atlantic coast to the gorges of Sarlat, it offers beaches, forests, rivers and some of the best wine producing countries in the world.
The historic city of Bordeaux (35 km) and the ancient towns of Bergerac (70 km) and Saint-Emilion (15km) are all steeped in history while offering the opportunity to taste their world famous wines.

The nearest town is Libourne (10 km) sub-prefecture of the Gironde. This former country house was founded in the thirteenth century the city developed at the confluence of the Isle and the Dordogne. Libourne also has a varied architectural heritage: stone bridge, St. John's Church, Grand Port tower, town hall, arcaded buildings in the Place Royale.
It has train station, swimming pool, cinema, theater, lake with supervised swimming, supermarkets and excellent market on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday morning.

In early August, it hosts Fest'Arts Street Festival with around 80 free performances.

Moulon (2 km) is a small village with its church, its port. local bakery, a butchery with a small general store, bar, tobacco shop, press and also a pharmacy, pizzeria, post office and oyster sale on Sunday morning.

St Emilion (10 km) - Sight leading, it has an important monumental set (hermitage, church monolith, Collegiate Church, archbishops palace, stately buildings and fortifications residues) which is available at the option of winding streets (called " mounds ") and shady squares, and enjoys the reputation of its oenological heritage (vineyards of Saint Emilion) and gourmet (macaroons, pies, foie gras).
The medieval city and its "jurisdiction" is a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 1999.
