Sea Breeze is the Gulf Coast's Premiere Luxury Property. Sea Breeze 101 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Gulf-front unit with private balcony located on the 1st floor. Relax and soak in the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The master and the second bedroom feature flat screen TV’s and 2 queen beds each. The bonus room offers 2 queen size bunk beds.
There are 2 queen size leather sofa sleepers in the spacious living area to accommodate up to 10 guests.
Your fully-equipped kitchen includes granite counter tops, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The updated kitchen and spacious dining area are ideal for family meals together.
During 4th of July wristbands (6) and only 1 special parking pass are given out to the unit by the Association of the building.

Nice Location with lots of beds

We enjoyed our stay here close to John's Pass. Note that no assigned parking spots are set. You just have to have your parking pass visible from the outside. The property offered a good value for a 3-bedroom rental. We would recommend and stay here again.

Relaxation

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful at SeaBreeze. This is our second stay with this property manager. He does a great job communication and sharing accurate information. The condo was exactly how we anticipated. The views were great, the walk to the gulf was short, and the location to everything was great. We will definitely stay again in the future.
