It boasts a central location on the Wild Atlantic Way that is ideal for visiting all the sights of Clare from the Burren and Cliffs of Moher in the North to the fantastic Loop Head Peninsula and Kilkee seaside resort to the South. Heading south along the Wild Atlantic Way you can get the Car Ferry from Kilimer to Tarbert in Kerry to continue your journey down the atlantic seaboard.

Quilty village (1.5 miles) lies along the Atlantic coast in West Clare. Quilty is beautifully located along the Atlantic coast of West Clare. It is an area made famous due to the wrecking of numerous Spanish ships in the area. The San Marcos was wrecked off Mutton Island and the headland above Quilty is named Spanish point in memory of the events of 1588.

Beaches – There are some lovely beaches in the area including Seafield beach (0.6 miles) Spanish Point (4 miles), Whitestrand (6 miles), Doonbeg (8 miles) and Lahinch (12 miles).

I love this house

This is a well located comfortable, beautifully decorated house, I have stayed there with my husband and children and will definitely go back again, its a short drive to all the attractions in Clare and has a a fantastic view of the country side on one side and the sea on the other side, its bright and fresh and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

A beautiful house in a lovely location

We went as a family of 6 adults and 2 children and found the house to be spacious and fully equipped to meet our needs. It was extremely clean and well maintained both inside and out and well located to meet our holiday needs.

The house is a good base for trips to Kilkee, Loop head and the cliffs of Moher and plenty of beaches for surfing and other water sports. Whilst this was not our forte it is nice to go and watch the activities taking place in all weathers and even when the day light was fast fading away.

The owner was very reactive when we reported a problem with the cloths dryer and when it could not be repaired he immediately had it replaced

If we ever decide to go back to that part of Ireland for our holidays we would not hesitate to go back to this house.

Nice place to be

The house was clean and big enough for 8 persons. Little details are´nt not so good. For example: not enough chairs and pottery for 8 persons in the kitchen. The oilheating was difficult for a difference use in single rooms.

The house is ideal to start trips to enjoy the landscape. For example: Kilkee, cliffs of moher, Loop head...

Very good Cottage

Very nice house. Nice view to the sea on the horizon of the landscape.

Good base for excursions by car. Then you can explore the area well.

Perfect service, we have found everything, what we needed.

You can reach the beach by a short walk (note low tide). Good base for excursions by car. Cliffs of Moher and Kilkee to Loop Head, Lahinch for surfing, white Beach with a nice Golf Club and a lot of other attractions. Thanks a lot.

Ideal

We really enjoyed our stay at Rineroe. The house is situated in a lovely spot with seaviews and views of Mount Callan. We have rented many houses in the Quilty/Milltown Malbay area over the last 15 years and this is by far the best in standard/value for money. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped (but could do with some more utensils/crockery in the kitchen). The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Excellent accommodation and location

The house and location was lovely, with stunning views. However it did lack a few kitchen tools so it made cooking for 7 people difficult, this did not spoil our time spent in the house/area though. We would definitely return and would also not hesitate recommendation to our friends. Thank you for a lovely family break. :)
