September Get-Away

We unfortunately had terrible weather for our trip but overall Terry was a great host that was very communicative. She quickly replaced an appliance that went out of order. Overall we had a good time.

LI Vacation

It was a cozy apartment. Very quiet. Our dog loved the openness of the apartment. Nice grounds. Our host Terry greeted us after our arrival. The weather wasn’t the best but we still enjoyed our stay. Plenty of places in the area to dine out/take out. The apartment needs a coffee maker. The location is great. Once you learn the back roads, getting around and bypassing Route 27 saves you some time. Our last morning we were greeted by a herd of deer that came to graze in the yard.

Great old country cottage in woods by beautiful pond

The cottage (and adjacent main house) has a LOT of old charm. I rented the top part, but you cld rent more. The original floors creak, the windows may be hard to open or close, the kitchen appliances and ware a bit dusty or rusty, but that is easily overcome. I had breakfasts on the lawn, great dog walks on the surrounding foresty acres, reading by the pool, a lovely canoeing trip on the pond dog included. And helpful, friendly chats with the laidback host Terry. It is close to everything: beaches, hamlets, vinyards, restaurants. I will recommend this place to anyone who loves being in a historic, charming, green, secluded spot! Pictures are just like it is.

Fun, great location

Had a great time, Terry was very accommodating, Place is so nice, grounds are lovely and great pool, lots of privacy! Ocean and town so close! Great spot! Thank you Terry!

Late October getaway

The cabin was everything as described in the listing. Clean, great location, beautiful property! The owner was also very accommodating and very easy to speak with! Will probably be back again!
