About this property

Liberty House is a beautiful 2 bedroom townhome accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. There is a luxury queen bed mattress with 4" memory foam topper in the upstairs master bedroom, two twin beds with 3" memory foam toppers in the second upstairs bedroom, and a queen sized pull out couch on the lower level. Upstairs has a full bath with a double sink. Downstairs has a comfortable living room, cozy dining room, full kitchen, laundry room with a large washer and dryer and a half bath. There is a private backyard with access to private 2 car enclosed garage entry for your convenience.

Liberty House also provides access to additional desirable amenities including a beautiful park like courtyard and children's playground. There are several local hikes, skiing, and outdoor activities to enjoy.

We are centrally located and within 5 minutes from BYUI. Within a short driving distance you will find Yellowstone Bear World and Rexburg Rapids waterpark. We are located within forty minutes to Kelly Canyon Ski Resort, an hour and twenty minutes to Yellowstone National Park, and an hour and forty minutes to the Grand Tetons.

Great place to relax in Rexburg.

This was exactly what we needed during our stay for BYU-Idaho's graduation. The beds were really comfortable, with extra blankets and lots of pillows. Everything was well-maintained and clean. We did minimal cooking but there were plenty of pans, utensils and dishware. Really appreciated having a garage to park in during the winter! Nice neighborhood.

Be sure to read parking rules

Stayed in winter. Snowy and icy and sidewalks and steps not cleaned properly. However, the condo was clean and spacious. Nicely set up. Unfortunately, we had a problem when we came to leave. Our vehicles had been booted because we misunderstood the parking rules. Cost a lot to get them freed. Host kindly paid 1/2 the cost. Mostly our fault for not carefully reading the parking instructions. If you go, be sure you understand where you can and cannot park.

This property is in a great location and it had everything we needed. Our kids loved that there was a chocolate bar for each of them as well.

Great townhome! Well equipped! Super convenient location for us to be with family living in Sugar City. Easy drives to Idaho Falls, Yellowstone, and the Grand Teton National Park.
