Nicely decorated convenient house
This house is beautifully decorated (definitely professionally done) in small quaint neighborhood in Seagrove - just adjacent to Seaside and Watercolor.
The kitchen, dining room, and living area was very spacious and nicely designed. The master bedroom was lovey too. The upstairs room was dark and “creepy” to my nieces who instead slept on the sofa.
The included golf cart was a MASSIVE benefit to this house.
Communication and responsiveness of property managers was excellent as we had a couple issues initially with the AC and golf cart.
- We had issues with the AC but they sent someone out to help service the HVAC while we were there that seemed to have resolved it
- Golf cart was not charged when we got there or so we thought. It’s had actually been turned off under the seat and we had to have someone come out to turn it on.
These were small inconveniences, but our only major true gripe was that the property definitely looked worn and not maintained in detail - which didn’t show up on the photos. We noticed a lot of light bulbs out (really simple maintenance), a chip on a bathtub, scratched hardwood floors, etc.
This didn’t feel like just one season of wear but a couple seasons of wear. It definitely showed that the place was corporate owned and efficiently maintained but not lovingly maintained.
I can’t blame them and we’d definitely stay there again, but just something to note.
