The establishment:
Located on the heights of Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, 800m from the pedestrian streets, the VVF Villages L'Escale Basque **, enjoys an ideal starting point to indulge in many walks and discover the Basque region in all its diversity.

The village has 40 homes, divided into hamlets on 2 levels in the heart of a beautiful park.



Equipment:

The whole family can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool of the holiday village with its paddling pool. You will also find as a leisure equipment a play area with table tennis, then outside find the sports fields (volleyball, badminton, petanque) and a playground for children.



Animations:

The different clubs of the village will welcome your children from 6 to 14 years with animations adapted from Sunday to Friday:

- Kids Club 6/10 years

- Teen Club 11/14 years old



During the stay 2 to 3 evenings will be proposed to you: a convivial evening around a regional meal (with participation) or a grilled meal or an evening produced of your regions, followed by a festive time (local dance, games, evening dancing) and an evening discovery (talk or conference, evening storytelling, evening projection and debate on the region, night walk animated or storytelling). During the day also enjoy sports tournaments and games organized for the whole family.

For your comfort your village club offers various services such as rental of towels and bed linen *, household packages * or baby kit (folding bed, high chair, baby bath). It also has an automatic laundry * (with washing machines and dry linen), a free wifi access in the common areas and a free parking.

Let yourself be seduced by the charms of the region, between pilgrimage on the way to Santiago de Compostela, Pamplona (July) and Bayonne (August), gastronomic discoveries or sporty excursions with hiking or backpacking donkey, horse riding, fishing, Basque pelota, folk dances, fitness, whitewater sports ... Not to mention: the inevitable gorges of Kakuetta where you will evolve at the bottom of the canyon on small bridges arranged through lush vegetation.
