Résidence LES ROCADES à Collioure 66

Appartement très bien situé à moins de 10 mn du centre ville. Rarement aussi bien équipé. Avec la clim. Par contre la terrasse ombragée par 2 grands pins attirent les oiseaux qui "décorent" de leurs fientes le mobilier de jardin et le sol rendant tout apéro ou repas aléatoires ... Les 45 marches d'accès sont difficiles pour les personnes âgées.

APPARTEMENT PRES DU CENTRE VILLE

Emplacement calme idéal avec garage. difficile de manœuvrer si grosse voiture. Garage indispensable sur Collioure car très touristique tous les parking sont payants. La chambre n'a pas d'ouverture sur l'extérieur. Literie médiocre à revoir. Si plus que 2 personnes attention peu de placards pour les vêtements. Le ménage n'est fait que par les locataires.

Sejour agréable à Collioure

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cet appartement. Notre location était proche de la mer et des commerces. L'appartement est climatisé, belle terrasse. Pour le garage, il ne faut pas venir avec une grosse voiture car impossible de rentrer.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet agréable appartement très bien situé, bien équipé, le + le garage fermé, la clim et la terrasse ombragée avec ses 2 pins parasols . Mme Duval et la personne sur place sont à l écoute et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Florence et Jean Claude

Bien placée au calme tout en étant proche de Collioure on peut tout faire à pied et point très important à Collioure le parking fermé et à l’ombre. Très content de notre séjour nous reviendrons certainement
