Pop Art Villa Vail is a 3-bedroom penthouse condo, though it can be configured as a 2-bedroom as there is a separate lock-off hotel room. (This listing is for the 3- bedroom configuration). Plush luxury bedding and pillows comfortably sleep 6 adults in beds. Two bedrooms have a single king bed. The additional bedroom can be setup with either 2 twin beds or a single king bed, depending on personal preference.

Helpful for families, an additional air mattress or two (twin or queen), can be setup for a maximum occupancy of 8. For young children, a complimentary portable baby/toddler crib (Pack-n-Play), and child-friendly dining seat is available by request.

Two of the four spa-style bathrooms feature jetted tubs, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Or, step out for a soak in the rooftop heated lap pool or hot tubs, open year round.

Enjoy sweeping ski-mountain views from the vaulted living room, private balcony, and all bedrooms. The penthouse was renovated with well-known designer Jeff Elliot and includes many custom pieces of fine furniture, electronic blinds and custom drapery. Numerous sophisticated contemporary art pieces highlight each room, many from local artists. Warm up to a stone gas fireplace in the living room, and in one of the bedrooms.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator, cookware, dinnerware and supplies, will satisfy any cook. In between guests, the penthouse is thoroughly ventilated, cleaned and sanitized with intensified cleaning procedures and safety measures. The well-being of our guests and team is our utmost priority. Our goal is to provide you with a safe, comfortable and flexible experience. Due to Covid, mid-stay housekeeping is available only upon request, and is best scheduled in advance if possible. You will find plenty of extra towels and amenities. If anything is needed, just ask we are happy to provide.

We are dog friendly! Up to 2 well behaved, house trained, non-barking dogs of any size are welcome. Dogs will find many local areas to run and play. Prior approval is required and a $95 non-refundable pet fee per stay will be charged, 2 dogs max.

No smoking (of any kind) in the unit, and this includes the balcony. Additional fees may be assessed for damages.
