About this property

Magnificent Villa on the heights of Monaco with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.
This villa offers 12 beds spread over two adjoining houses not overlooked. Each has a kitchen, a living room opening onto the swimming pool, two bedrooms and bathroom and shower room. All rooms are air conditioned. A summer terrace will offer you beautiful moments of relaxation to admire the sunsets and other fireworks ... as well as a children's playground consisting of a trampoline and a swing.
Enjoy a heated swimming pool from April to the end of June, and from September 15 to the end of November (excluding long-term contracts) to complete your total relaxation with deckchairs and garden furniture. Everything is provided for your comfort and well-being. The calm of this property only needs to be respected, which is why noise pollution should be avoided.
Access very close to the motorway, exit Monaco from Nice or Roquebrune Cap Martin from Italy.
Private parking with electric gate for your vehicles.
Bed linen is optional payable at a rate of 15 euros per person for the period of stay, I provide bed linen, a large bath towel and a hand towel.
Other than those scheduled for hire, other people are not allowed.

Belle villa avec très bon confort (climatisation, équipements sportifs, cuisine extérieure..)et vue exceptionnelle sur Monaco. Dorina très réactive dans nos demandes. Un regret: la circulation sonore à certains moments de la journée et l'accès et la sortie à flanc de colline très délicats à négocier.

Localisation parfaite (j’avais un peu peur du bruit de la rue en contre bas mais aucun inconvénient) vue imprenable sur les collines et sur Monaco … juste splendide ! Propriétaires très agréables, à l’écoute de nos désidératas et pas du tout intrusifs. À recommander sans aucun doute !
