This is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking inside the condo or on the deck or breezeway is allowed.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is the perfect spot for your mountain vacation! It is located in the Timberfalls condo complex in East Vail. The FREE shuttle bus to Vail Village stops right 20 feet from the condo. The stop is literally right outside our front door. Convenience could not be any easier!! No car required! And, if you have a car, we have free parking at our condo complex.

Our ski closet, right outside our front door, will store all your equipment.

During the summer months, there is a heated outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts included FREE of charge with your stay.

Our condo has an oversized deck in the back that spans the entire length of the condo allowing you to have an amazing mountain view with sunlight and brightness all year long. Whether you sit outside on the deck by our barbecue grill or inside in our comfy living space, you will feel completely at home.

Our condo is decorated in a contemporary rustic mountain decor. Condo features include:

- Free wifi for your convenience.

- Two (2) bathrooms. One full-size bathroom with a shower/tub and the other is a 3/4 bathroom with a stand-up shower.

- The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. We stock everything for your cooking needs (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cooking gadgets, etc.), except the food, however, we do stock staple items for your convenience (coffee, sugar, spices, etc.). All cookware and appliances are of HIGH-QUALITY. This is the best stocked kitchen you will ever find in a rental.

- Full dining room table with plenty of seating for 6 as well as a breakfast counter with seating for 3.

- Living room with sofa and loveseat combo, wireless bluetooth speaker, 58-inch smart TV, bluray player, cable and wood-burning fireplace.

- Master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and quality linens, a 43-inch smart TV with cable, dresser and closet space.

- Second bedroom with 2 comfortable twin beds and quality linens, a 43-inch smart TV with cable, dresser and closet space.

- Full-sized washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Down the street is a very large park that has a picnic area and a wonderful kids playground for those guests with kids! Or the kids can play in our big backyard!

Vail Mountain is just a few minutes away and the Town's free shuttle bus system runs every 15 minutes during ski season and every 30 minutes in the summer and stops 20 feet from our condo, so no car required! Once in Vail Village, it’s a short walk to the slopes, shopping and dining.

Perfect for a ski vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this compact but well stocked condo! The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this was by far the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed in. The location is about a 10 minute drive to Vail Village and easily accessible by the shuttle. Traveling with a teen and pre-teen who like to sleep as late as possible - we chose to make breakfast in the condo to save time before hitting the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed us to make breakfast as if we were in our own home. The host, Leti, was attentive and communicated very well prior to the start of our rental. She provided us with a cell number if we should need anything during our stay. I would highly recommend her condo to anyone looking for a getaway for a family of 4!

Another great stay

This is the second time we've stayed here in the last few years. We love the value. It's clean and kept up to date, and very convenient to get the shuttle right outside the front door. We will be back!

Wonderful easy access

This was a great condo. Well appointed, clean and easy access. It is right off of free bus route so easy to get to vail. The property manager was in great communication with me. Beds were comfortable, Queen in master and two twins on other room. Great place would stay again.

Great Get-A-Way

This property was the best equipped VRBO/Rental that we have ever used... It had everything we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. It worked perfectly for my daughter and my ski trip. Leti was a remarkable host... Provided all necessary details, gave assistance with area activities and restaurants, checked in to see if everything was going smoothly. Exceptional service! The property exceeded our expectations.

Great location

I had such a pleasant stay here. The bus stop in front of the condo was great (saved $$ on parking). The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The host, Leti, was super responsive and helpful! 5 stars !!!!
