About this property

Newly remodeled 38th floor Studio in Waikiki with Panoramic diamond head and ocean view, new furniture and appliances. This condo has full kitchen, air conditioner, WiFi, cable TV, full size washer/dryer, and parking. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants, Ala Moana shopping Center, beach parks, grocery stores and convenient stores. We have a big swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and parking on site. If you need medical assistance, the Urgent care is only couple blocks away from my building. Also, you can watch the spectacular fireworks show across the street from my window on every Friday night and special holidays. Finally, I have a full-size parking stall and it is free for my guest with booking.

Great find!

An excellent spot to base yourself when visiting Honolulu/Waikiki. The spot is much quieter than downtown Waikiki, we always felt safe and were close to restaurants and shopping. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping and 20 minutes to Waikiki. The condo is also on the Pink Line bus/tram service. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with all inclusions as listed. The bed was very comfortable, the shower provided excellent water pressure and temperature, and the ktchenette was well equipped. The air conditioning was comfortable and a pedestal fan also provided. The view was expansiver with a large window that could be opened to let in the afternoon breeze. The parking space is secure and close to the lift. There was still only one lift operating, though they were currently working on it (Jan 2024). This was not an issue, even being on the 38th floor. 'Long waits' were really not that long at all. Highly recommended for short or long stays.

Amazing views!

Loved our stay. Condo is set up perfectly and made our stay very comfortable. Had everything you needed and took all the work out of a vacation. Very nice location within walking distance of everything you would need. Added bonus having a place to park, w/d in condo, and a kitchen. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Great location but beware of elevator issues.

This condo is in a great location with beautiful views. Kitchen perfect for making breakfast and packing lunches for the day. Free parking was very good to have for our rental car. Chris was very helpful. Future guests really need to be aware though of the elevator issues. Only one elevator has been in use for a long time and when it gets windy, the elevator will only run up and down to the 17th floor. For 4 days we had to take the stairs from floor 17-38. One day the elevator was not working at all and we had to do the full 38 floors. So if you have health issues that would not allow you to do this you just need to be aware that there is this risk when it is windy.

Beautiful view, beautiful place.

Super clean and spacious. It’s my second stay and I’ll go back if possible. Ocean and mountain view, perfect view of the Friday night fireworks. Well appointed and even has a washer/deyer in the unit. Down side is the elevator, as there’s only one and the unit is on the 38th floor, but it’s really fast. They’re working on the other one.

I really enjoy this property and the location because it is close to all my favorite restaurants, shopping malls, and beaches. I got a beautiful ocean view, and I can watch the fireworks show every Friday night from my windows. Also, it comes with full kitchen, air conditioner, and W/D.
