Regency Towers is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. It is 1 mile west of St Andrews State Park, 3 Marinas with deep sea fishing charters, pontoon boat / Jet Ski rentals. There are many local restaurants nearby such as J Michael’s, Grand Marlin, Capt. Anderson’s Famous Seafood, Sisters of The Sea & Dive Bar, Patches Bar and Grille, Billy’s Oyster Bar and Schooners Last Local’s Beach Club and Open Air Restaurant on the beach. Just a 2.5 miles east of Hammer Head Fred's.

Rental Policy:
Sorry No Dogs allowed except service dogs.

Prices shown are for 6 people we will add $125 + tax each for 7th-8th guests over age 15 to the total shown on the website.

At least 1 guest must be age 21 to check in. Groups ages 18-25 a $300 refundable Security Deposit will be added to the total shown on the website.

$40 Per Condo Regency Towers Resort Registration fee is collected at time of check in to issue parking passes and pool ID bands. This fee covers 1 parking pass, for an extra it is $15.
Each renter will be issued 2 parking passes maximum. When we reach 70%(+) occupancy(Summer and busy weeks), then renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.


PAYMENT TERM For RESERVATION REQUESTS

30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE : A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market. Final Payment must be received 30 days prior to your check in date or will be subject to potential cancellation.

LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit or debit card you provide including a 4% Convenience fee
